Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Birmingham

We were in town for a Baseball trip and this was perfect for what we needed. The pool on the third floor was exceptionally great. Lots of great restaurants nearby that you could walk to and also right across the street from the baseball field. Will definitely hit send her up again next year.

This place is exactly what we needed. The description was perfect!!! We were in town for a baseball tournament which was about 25 minutes away with traffic but we didn’t mind. Jamila out did herself with this place it was everything we needed. Clean, beautiful view of downtown and most of all she was very responsive when we I reached out. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

The location was premier. Within a mile or so of most of the downtown restaurants, and next to several other entertainment options. Parking for this unit was perfect. You have a designed parking spot in the parking garage for the complex. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the downtown Birmingham area.

Clint was a very attentive and responsive host. He replaced the TV in the living room and remedied what turned out to be some broken slats under one of the beds within the first 24 hours we were there. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Upstairs neighbors walk like elephants, but you really only heard them if you were home during the day. Overall we had a pretty nice week hanging out here, just wish we could have checked out a couple hours later!

The location is very convenient to reach 280 and Colonade area. The place is very well appointed with great amenities. Clint is a very responsive and proactive host. Definitively returning here on my next trip to Birmingham.

Amazing stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and perfect for a staycation. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We stayed here for 9 days as my son had surgery at the nearby hospital. Sandra was very responsive whenever I needed assistance or had a question regarding our stay. There is noise as it is in the city. I recommended to Sandra to provide ear plugs for guest that are not use to that type of noise. She was very appreciative of the feedback.

Very clean, right near UAB in downtown Birmingham. Great communication with host. Close to great restaurants. Free parking in the gated, covered parking area. Recommend

Beautiful home with all amenities you could desire for a weekend in Birmingham with your family and pup. Quiet neighborhood, not far from things to do & great restaurants.

Great location with plenty of room for my family. House was well maintained and stocked with all the extras (blankets, towels, pillows, air matress). Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. We did get to see several of the wild turkeys which the kids though were pretty cool.

Good location and affordable roomy house for the 8 of us that stayed there.

Very thankful to find this gem of a place. Amazingly helpful host. Loved being close to UAB for work, and all the Birmingham attractions - visiting the zoo, botanical gardens and Vulcan were highlights!

The place was very beautiful I will be back next month he's very friendly and nice and cares about any questions you have to ask and very easy to communicate with. If you're looking for a peaceful and clean place this is the place for you!
