Here it is completely quiet and you only hear the sounds of nature. Nice hiking and bike opportunities just outside the door. The swimming area is 10m from the cabin wall. The annex has 2 beds and a wood-burning stove and views right out on the water and nature around. The cabin is an old restored forest house with atmosphere. Here you can just open the doors and nature comes into the living room.

The house is about 50 m2 with porch of about 60 m2 around. Car parking spaces for 3 cars. Electric car charger. There are marked hiking trails around the cabin area, as well as a beach with a diving board and floating jetty. Great outdoor area for picking wild mushrooms and berries in late summer and autumn. Possibility to go fishing in the fjord.

The apartment is suitable for summer and winter holidays.

Large parking space by the house. 25 minutes to Kristiansand city center with Aquarama, the city beach, the art silo, Kilden, the harbor where Color Line departs and the fishing pier. Nyt et opphold på dette fredelige bostedet inne i skogen ved Grimevannet i Lillesand. I denne eldre boligen har vi beholdt den gameldagse lune atmosfæren som mange setter stor pris på. Samtidig finnes moderende hjelpemidler og et godt utstyrt kjøkken mm. Etter en frisk spasertur ute, lag noe godt i det velutstyrte kjøkkenet, sett på en god film og bare nyt den lune atmosfæren inne. Handletur ? Det er også bare 3 km til kjøpesenter, 4 km til Lillesand sentrum. 20 min til Kristiansand Dyrepark

Modern and family friendly cabin

This is a modern cabin from 2022, with good sunny conditions. The area is a great arena for skiing in the winter, with slopes on either side of the cabin. People work there to make sure the slopes are in top condition. In the summer there are a lot of places to go hiking, with 10 mountain tops nearby. There are also a lot of activites nearby (15-20 min drive - nearby Evje) where you can go to an amusement park, look at minerales and drive Go-kart. The cabin is a great place for relaxation.
