Småbruket Lommedalshaugen is idyllically located by Flakksvann and the salmon river Tovdalselva. Here is a nice patio between the house and the barn, a large field to play, animals on the farms in the neighborhood, swimming pool in Flakksvann and great trails in nature for children and adults. The place is a good fit for a couple or for a family with kids. Charming, nostalgic furnishings. NB: There are steep stairs to the bedrooms on the 2nd floor, no closures. The house is rented during the period 16.05.-31.08., three nights minimum.

Welcome to our farm time! We are home all summer, and would like to list our back house, which has its own bedroom. The farm is in daily operation, with sheep grazing on the fields surrounding the bakery. We have children ourselves, and experience how awkward it is for small people to have room to stroll on, close contact with animals, and for adults to have a small breathing space from everyday life. Find peace with your girlfriend, family or good friends in this peaceful cabin. The cabin is one of about 50 cabins located in Vågsdalsfjorden cabin field in Mykland, Froland municipality. The house is about 50 m2 with porch of about 60 m2 around. Car parking spaces for 3 cars. Electric car charger. There are marked hiking trails around the cabin area, as well as a beach with a diving board and floating jetty. Great outdoor area for picking wild mushrooms and berries in late summer and autumn. Possibility to go fishing in the fjord.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Here it is so quiet that you can hear the fish jumping on the fjord! But still central with only 30 minutes to Evje Mineralpark, climbing park, and 45 minutes to Kristiansand Dyrepark. We have a rowboat and fishing rods available, which the tenant can take advantage of! As well as a functional outdoor kitchen on the terrace, with room for many, as well as one pool. Plenty of play opportunities for the kids! We have a dog yard that can be used (NB! Not animals inside).

The accommodation is located in an established and child-friendly residential area. Right nearby there are nice hiking areas, swimming area and shops. With a bus stop just below the house you do not depend on a car. 10-12 minutes drive to Lillesand city center, a fantastic idyllic southern village. Along the pier edge, restaurants are in a row and row and there is something for everyone to find. From the residence it is about 20 minutes drive to Dyreparken and about 30 min drive to Kristiansand City Centre.

This is a modern cabin from 2022, with good sunny conditions. The area is a great arena for skiing in the winter, with slopes on either side of the cabin. People work there to make sure the slopes are in top condition. In the summer there are a lot of places to go hiking, with 10 mountain tops nearby. There are also a lot of activites nearby (15-20 min drive - nearby Evje) where you can go to an amusement park, look at minerales and drive Go-kart. The cabin is a great place for relaxation.

Choose from many activities throughout the year, or just relax in front of the fireplace or in the jacuzzi. Park right outside and enjoy a warm cabin at arrival. Strap on your skis and head straight out onto the cross-country tracks. Walking, swimming, fishing, picking berries, mushrooms - everything is right outside. Drive 20 minutes to one of the many activities Evje can offer all year.
