Right outside the door you will find nice free areas, with large lawn, sandy beach and good swimming possibilities for all ages. Shared jetty (own boat spot can follow), just outside the house. Plunge boards and several free areas/swimming areas 1 min walk away. Lillesand city centre is just a 5 minute walk away, where you will find restaurants and local shops. The zoo and Sørlandssenteret are also close by, only 15-20 minutes by car.
