This first floor room, in our self contained guest annexe, has independent access via a door on the drive. It is a large, bright and light double room with a decent sized ensuite shower room and a king size bed. There is a comfortable sofa and a bar/table for eating or working at. There is safe parking for your car on our private drive. There are no cooking facilities but there is a small fridge, kettle and toaster. Basic provisions will be provided so you can make tea, coffee and toast!

You will be immersed in nature when you stay in this tranquil off grid field setting. This is comfortable camping. The Shepherds hut is set at the top end of our field. It is a secluded area surrounded by blackberry hedges, grass land and some oak trees. Enjoy the outdoors then retreat to a cosy indoor space with a comfortable bed. Includes a basic field kitchen. There is a compost loo close by, plus a mains toilet and electric shower a field walk away, next to the workshop.

The annex is separate and independent from our family home and we're here to help with anything we can, while making sure you have the space to have a great friends or family break. Parking for two cars. Bikes and watersports kit can be stored in our stable.

Cornerstones is a large bright family holiday home with a south facing garden. A perfect location for boating, walking, beach activities and cycling. Convenient for Chichester, Goodwood and within walking distance of some lovely pubs and cafes. There are some beautiful walks from the house which include harbour footpaths. Local maps in the house.
