Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Bird Rock, San Diego

This was just what we needed for our stay! Easy walk to the bay, and to surrounding restaurants. Quinn gave very clear instructions on where everything was.

I felt super comfortable and safe, even though I was a 70 year old woman alone there. Amazing location. I want to go back already! The bed was extremely comfortable and the apartment was super clean. Angela's recommendations for restaurants were right on. I grew up on La Jolla and miss it so much. These last few days were chicken soup for my soul.

Staying at wade’s was amazing. I felt comfortable in the neighborhood and in the retreat as well! Quiet and peaceful, bed was so comfortable I slept like a rock. Would highly recommend staying at Wade’s retreats!

10/10 would recommend. The hosts are responsive, friendly and accommodating. Great area to stay in pacific beach, close to everything but tucked just perfectly away that it’s quiet and private. No complaints here :)

Cy’s place was perfect for a 4-day getaway. It’s a 3 minute walk to the beach, and we enjoyed hanging out and watching the surfers. It’s walkable to so many places in La Jolla! We walked to so many amazing restaurants like El Pescador and Trilogy Sanctuary. I took a work meeting from the coffee shop on the corner, the courtyard, and the kitchen, and WiFi worked great everywhere. Quiet hours start at 10p so we stayed in one night and used the hot tub. The bed was super comfy and the shower head was amazing. Cy is very responsive, and I really appreciated his flexibility with finding a place to keep our bags for a few hours after checkout. It really was a wonderful experience!

This place is absolutely spectacular, gorgeous interior throughout, the deck and the thoughtfully designed outdoor areas with the large kitchen for cooking are all lovely. Perfect location within walking distance of some of the best food and coffee around! But best part was the host, so great at communicating and so thoughtful. We had a toddler with us and they let us check in more than 4 hours early so she could take a nap and as we were leaving our flight was severely delayed and they let us checkout late. The best part of airbnb is when you get to stay with hosts that are wonderful and kind people. We would love to stay again and will try any time we come back to La Jolla!

Joshua & Keri’s place was perfect for our trip to San Diego. We took advantage of all that this city has to offer and also enjoyed family meals in the courtyard of this gorgeous home. The location of this house is the big seller. Just a short stroll to the beautiful Windinsea beach meant we could walk the beach every morning and evening. Easy drives to downtown San Diego and to the Cove area with its wildlife, restaurants and shopping. The house and amenities are nice too. Hot tub was perfect and the upper deck has great views! The hot water heater was not working but they sent out technicians as soon as they heard about it and was fixed same day. And you do have to walk up a flight of stairs to enter the space so be prepared. The whole family had a wonderful time.

Studio-sized place with amazingly-well-appointed kitchen (you could actually cook or bake there!). Bedroom mostly taken up with HUGE (California King-sized?) bed; pretty comfortable, but unnecessarily playground-sized (even for 2 good-sized adults). Lighted walk-in closet (nice!); good for out-of-the-way storage of suitcases, cooler, etc.). Beautiful residential neighborhood with ocean views, CVS, restaurants, shops - all only a short half-block away. Thermostat reasonably intuitive, as were all other appliances. Occasionally heard residents upstairs, but of short duration, not particularly intrusive, & only during the day. All in all, would happily book this place again!

the house was so comfy and homey, and we enjoyed just hanging out in the backyard. the beds were very comfortable, and everything was so clean. we loved the neighborhood and the convenience of walking to coffee shops and restaurants. it felt very safe, with lots of walkers about.

Sydney and Jack's home was the perfect place to celebrate a special family occasion. It is beautiful, clean and stocked with the right supplies. I had a letdown when I had to come home to my house :). They were so lovely to work with and were great communicators. We loved the location - especially for coffee and the beach!

Had a great stay! Being a fairly new listing, the home was pristine. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were clean, and living room was spacious. Front yard was super fun for relaxing and playing a mean game of ping pong. The location was fabulous - truly steps from the beach, with two different entry points. The management company was incredibly responsive and kind. They even had an extra blanket sent to us next-day by Amazon! A few things to consider: - parking was easy, but I could see it being much more difficult on warm beach days (it was chilly and cloudy during our stay) - the listing said owners were rarely there, but they were present the whole weekend - which is fine, but not true to the listing. - there could have been a few more creature comforts in the house, but that also comes with more use. - the private beach access path is quite overgrown so just watch your step! - we came with our young kids, and I’d say it is not the most kid-friendly.

This home was an absolute joy to stay in. The hosts were very clear and concise (very friendly) and the check in/out process was simple. The area is very quiet and peaceful.. within walking distance to everything. We would love to stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s place in San Diego! The condo was clean, centrally located and very spacious. The gated garage was awesome, and we loved staying on an upper floor with great views. We arrived very late in the night, and Kim was kind enough to stay awake to meet us with the keys and codes. We had a great time staying there during the long weekend!

We found the apartment to be a good choice for our trip. Its location is highly convenient, offering proximity to the beach and a good selection of eateries and shops. This accessibility was a clear advantage. The apartment itself was comfortable and provided what we needed. Thank you for the hospitality.

Great location near the bay, includes two bikes, and two parking spots. Is a cozy spot that is perfect for two people. Great communication and accommodated early check in.

location was perfect. peaceful. close to beach and shops. liked the layout of apartment. spacious not cluttered. easy to maintain.. appreciated having free netflix and amazon prime. .Lastly Cassandra, generous host. allowed extra time for checkout.

Such an amazing place! My husband and I have been meeting up with our friends for 6 years now and this is the first time a kid has joined us. My son loved the beach and it was so nice to be so close and to have our own space but to also be able to walk to restaurants and things around. Kiran was so kind and was able to answer any questions we had very quick. We’ve already talked about going again!!

This unit is quite lovely and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is a downstairs unit with a parking space. Super cute. Backyard patio is so peaceful and best enjoyed with a croissant, cup of coffee, and a book. BTW, great coffee in walking distance. Location, location, location. Great neighborhood in University Heights. Park and stores nearby. Not the big box ones, but the local owned restaurants and shops. We needed milk for coffee at 8 p.m. So we just walked down to the "liquor store" at the corner. Convenient, safe, and quick. If you want T**get or the mall (Fashion Valley), they are a 10-15 min drive away. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay, towels, soap, laundry, pots/pans, dishes, kcups/keurig, smart TV, etc. There were visitors upstairs that we could hear periodically, but they went to bed at a reasonable hour, so no problem there. Kevin and Tony were pleasant to work with and responded to a question within 5 min.
