It can accommodate up to four people with one bedroom with a double bed 180*200 and a sofa bed in the living room 140*190 (it can be used only for booking of 3 people min), 1 toilet.

Charming app: Nid de L'Airette, Biot

The little apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-storey 'maison de village', overlooking the Verrerie de Biot. The quiet square in front is still known under its name, 'Place de l'airette - respire and rest' . Direct access by car is not possible. Free Public Parking is available at the bottom of the village, ca. 5 min walk up the hill taking the "Calade de Tinée", access for disabled people is not recommended. We have recently installed air conditioning.

Notre maison indépendante (plein pied +/- 60 m2) est idéalement située plein sud en face d’une zone verte, tout au-dessus d’une colline surplombant la belle région vallonnée de la Côte d'Azur offrant une vue splendide sur les montagnes environnantes et un aperçu mer. Nous sommes situés dans une rue calme, sans issue, mais tout de même proche des villes comme Antibes (8 min), Nice (15 min) et Cannes (20 min).
