Apartment holiday rentals in Binnenstad

Bij het boeken was Annemieke heel aardig en direct over het huren van haar appartement. Bij aankomst voel je jezelf direct thuis en de locatie is helemaal geweldig. Dichtbij het centrum, mooi uitzicht vanuit de woning. En binnen in het appartement is alles erg netjes en goed verzorgd. wij hebben echt een hele leuk tijd gehad in het appartement van Annemieke. En wil haar bedanken voor vertrouwen want je komt echt in haar thuis en wat dan ook beleeft als je eigen thuis de tijd die je er door brengt maar ook aangezien ik niet echt van de reviews schrijven ben maar erg belangrijk is om iets te kunnen huren op Airbnb. Annemieke nogmaals bedankt voor de top tijd die we hebben mogen doorbrengen in jou appartement.

Fijn verblijf gehad, we zaten dichtbij het centrum en alles was op loopafstand/met de bus te bereiken. Fijne schone studio en leuk ingericht!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans le logement proposé par Kris ! Tout correspondait à la description, et la communication avec lui en cas de besoin est facilitée par la présence d'un téléphone fixe au sein du logement, directement lié au sien. Le tramway à proximité (-10min à pied) est aussi un grand avantage pour aller visiter Utrecht. Je me questionne juste sur la nécessité du formulaire à remplir à l'arrivée. En tout cas c'est un bon logement à un prix avantageux !

Wir waren zu dritt bei Karin zu Gast in dieser sehr schönen ruhigen Wohnung. Karin hat uns von Anfang an hilfreich unterstützt und war für alle Fragen jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. Da sie oben drüber wohnt, stand sie schnell zur Verfügung. Wir waren in 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Bahnhof Haarlem, um mit der Bahn in 15 Minuten in Amsterdam anzukommen. Am Abend genossen wir die Ruhe auch im kleinen Garten der Wohnung nach dem ganzen Trubel. Aber auch Haarlem selbst ist ein Besuch wert. Auch kommt man mit dem Bus oder mit dem Rad schnell ans Meer, wenn man das noch einplanen möchte. Da die Wohnung keine Küche hat kann man nicht selbst kochen, wir hatten aber alles zur Verfügung um in der Wohnung zu frühstücken. Karin hat uns sogar das Abwaschen übernommen - ein perfekter Ort für einen Kurzurlaub.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Utrecht. Die Wohnung liegt super, in sehr ruhiger Lage mit schönem Blick in den Garten. Wir waren viel mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs, haben Kunst, Kultur und Natur miteinander verbunden. Auch die Bahnstation ist ganz in der Nähe und der schöne Maxima-Park direkt vor der Haustür. I can't stress how comfortable this loft is. It's aesthetically very pleasing. The living room, the kitchen and balcony is very well designed and utilized as a space. Large windows, and great lighting. Here's a list of pros and cons. Pros: * Aesthetically pleasing * Superb lighting with a lot of control * Great sound system all over the house (sonos) * Large comfortable coach * Functional kitchen with a great coffee machine * Large balcony with ambient lighting * Full functional bathroom with an a nice shower * Large plants * Thomas is very flexible, friendly and communicative Cons: * The only con, the bed room is tight and requires stairs to reach That said, I would always stay in Thomas's loft when I visit Utrecht!

Das Appartment war sehr gemütlich und die Lage war prima. Es befindet sich in einem sehr lebendigen Viertel. Viele tolle Lokale und Cafés in der Nähe aber trotzdem ruhige Lage. Wir würden wieder kommen. Vom Bahnhof gut zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 20 min.)

Wir haben ein Wochenende in Maaikes Wohnung inklusive Kater Otto verbringen dürfen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und haben von dort die komplette Stadt auskuntschaften können. Wenn wir wieder nach Utrecht zurückkehren ist diese Wohnung unsere erste Adresse.

Saskia und Tijmen so liebe und herzliche Gastgeber. Die Wohnung liegt schön ruhig und der kleine Garten ist traumhaft. Es ist ein richtig schöner Rückzugsort zu zweit, wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, sogar Fahrräder konnten wir kostenlos leihen. Mit den Fahrrädern ging es auch auf Tour entlang des Haarlemer Meer, nach Haarlem und bis zur Küste (alles machbar). Die Gegend ist sehr schön, die Stadt Haarlem sehr sehenswert und entlang des Haarlemer Meeres gibt es viel zu entdecken. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke für eine tolle Zeit.

What a fun place to stay! The art around the apartment gave the space so much character! My family stayed there for 5 nights and enjoyed Every minute. Great location too! As others have mentioned, there are a lot of steps, but that didn’t bother us a bit.

Everything was very nice and to our surprise the flat was even bigger than it seemed on the fotos. Sharing the flat for 2 nights with 4 adults was no problem. The communcation with Nevin was really easy and pleasant. The flat is rather close to the beautiful city center, which is only a 15-20 min walk away. Parking is a bit tricky, since it is very expensive and there's no free parking basically anywhere in Utrecht, so I would advise to come by train, if possible. All in all we had a very pleasant stay :)

Fantastic apartment, really clean and comfortable in a great neighbourhood: peaceful but walking distance to everything you could need. Loes and Fokke are wonderful hosts, warm and helpful- we had a brilliant few days exploring the city from the perfect base.

Our stay at Vincent's apartment was lovely. It really was super clean, absolutely no clutter, and the bed was very comfortable. The street was quiet and away from the touristy areas. However, it was just a short walk to the busier areas and the museums, a real plus. The steps up to the apartment were indeed very steep. We mentioned this to our Dutch friends and they said "welcome to Amsterdam"! They are part of every house so we accepted this and got used to them. Vincent's Check In instructions were clear and we had no problems. We had a very memorable stay. Thank you, Vincent.

Très bon séjour a Maarssen ! Le logement est spacieux et propre. C'est calme. Le quartier est très paisible et très mignon ! Il y a des supermarchés et restaurants tout proches (je vous recommande Eli dans la rue piétonne). Nous sommes très satisfaits. La gare de Maarsseen est à 20 min à pied. Puis ensuite 30 à 40 min pour atteindre le centre d'Amsterdam. Attention pour ceux qui sont sensibles à la lumière il n'y a pas de volets dans toutes les chambres mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions à l'arrivée ! On recommande !

The apartment, the location, the design and layout. The host & hostess. It’s all flawless. If I have to comment, I always say: check the gorgeous plant has water! We are all responsible for the greenery.

We had a wonderful stay and it was a perfect apartment for our family of 4. The location was extremely easy to walk to/from sites and we felt the space was private and safe even though in a lively neighborhood. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in traumhafter Umgebung. Unser Sohn war fasziniert vom Hühnerstall und dem Hängebauchschwein, das uns beim Frühstück draussen besuchen kam. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und hat uns Hinweise zur Unterkunft und dem Ablauf gegeben. Unser Highlight war die Aussicht aus dem Schlafzimmer aufs Feld und der außenliegende Whirlpool. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, stylisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es war alles da. Die Lage ist top, sehr nah dran an Amsterdam und an Utrecht. Es sind viele Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und empfehlen die Unterkunft gern weiter. Beste Grüße

We stayed in Timo's apartment for a week. This week was one of the best for us, and the apartment only made it more beautiful. Incredibly spacious, clean, incredibly cozy apartment. So many beautiful elements of art throughout the apartment, selected with taste and love, without anything superfluous. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We were happy to spend time in it. Sometimes we thought about why our city program was so dense and busy, because we really wanted to spend more time in a cozy home. Ideal objective value for money. Our communication with Timo was incredibly friendly, he is a very responsive, kind, attentive and caring host, it was a pleasure to communicate with him. All our issues were resolved as quickly, easily and with care as possible. Would we come back again? Of course. Thank you very much for everything🩷

Wir waren für ein Wochenende in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit den Fahrrädern konnte man die nahe gelegene Metrostation gut erreichen und wir haben eine gute Zeit in Amsterdam gehabt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Ich kann diese Unterkunft für Amsterdam Aufenthalte sehr empfehlen.

Wonderful apartment very close to the centre. Comfortable beds, a sauna!, and plenty of space on two floors. All communication with Fleur was quick and easy, and we will be back! Thanks Fleur

The place is amazing. Quaint , bright and very well thought out. The surrounding gardens are impeccable, the decor is warm and inviting and you feel immediately at home. Are hosts were lovely. Ever present, warm and inviting while respecting privacy and always ready with a smile. Set just a 5 mins walk from the train station you truly can’t beat the location as access to the beach, Amsterdam or all points is literally at your disposal. Uber was also easily accessible. I only hope on our next visit, it’s not so booked we can’t get in. It’s a must stay.
