Moana’s place is amazing! I’m totally satisfied with my stay.

We had a great time at Binhs place! Excellent communication throughout the entire stay was a plus. We wanted softer pillows which we got instantly! The lady downstairs is the sweetest. The room is very spacious and has all you need. Noisy builders next door but nothing they can control. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.

I stayed here for 4 weeks. Leo was very communicative, friendly, attentive, and helpful. So were all the other staffs in the building. This is a new building near riverside, centered in a street full of other serviced apartments like this one.

This man deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. I am Thong's first guest after COVID, so the house is still being renovated here and there, but he provided everything I needed at my request in a timely manner. His wife and daughter have also been extremely friendly and approachable. The neighborhood is local where everything is handy and not so expensive, which I loved. The location is close to District 1. You can just take the bus to go to the city center. The only thing is the stairs are a little steep, but that's common to other houses in Saigon. If you have leg problems, kindly double check with Thong. Thong deserves the Peace Prize because he did his best to support me when I had a really bad health situation on the day I was supposed to leave Vietnam. He took me to the airport and tried to look for a new flight ticket for me. He also bought me food many times when I could barely get up. I could have made my trip back home without him.

We stayed at I@Homes for almost 2.5 months. Our stay was very comfortable. We had everything that we needed. We were provided with extra tablet and kitchen utilities. Surii helped us with everything and assisted us whenever needed like washing clothes, grab food, etc. The location is very peaceful and very very near to District 1. It was convenient to move in and out of the building 24x7. The location has many restaurants, coffe shops and grocery stores. It's a perfect place for someone looking for a short term or a long-term accomodation.

I really like this place. This was my second time there. The rooms is comfortable, lovely and has everything you need. Also the area is quiet nice with a local living around, restaurants and bar. The café downstairs is also pretty nice. I’ll come back!

Van Anh and Jonas’ Kolab is an absolute gem in Ho Chi Minh City! The space is spotlessly clean, with modern, stylish decor that makes it both cozy and functional. The hosts go above and beyond—laundry service was a lifesaver, and their thoughtful touches (like local tips) made our stay effortless. Also, the hand-written welcoming letter was so warm. Highly recommend!

I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay here. The space was quiet and secure, which made me feel safe throughout my visit. The room was thoughtfully arranged and met all the needs of a minimalist lifestyle. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, like providing small items such as cotton pads for guests. Really clean, new apartment with lovely modern bathroom. Slept well with soundproof room and black out curtains! The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The onlyl issue was the bed was quite hard. Other than that we loved our stay here. :)

Alles super soweit . Tolle Kommunikation mit Vermieter . Alles entsprach den Beschreibungen . Sehr sauber , alle zwei Tage Reinigung . Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller , kostenloses Wasser in der Lobby ! Sehr gute Lage , um mit Grab oder Taxi viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen! Hồng rất là thân thiện, thấu hiểu. Phòng được trang trí rất đẹp, mỹ thuật. Vị trí yên tĩnh, trong hẽm rộng, có thể ra đường Phan Đình Phùng hoặc đường Phan Xích Long đều được.

Located in a quiet alley. Convenience stores and the food street are in a 5 min walking distance. Laundromat is just around the corner! The room is clean and spacious as described in the listing. The host is very responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend this place to other travelers.
