We enjoyed our stay! The villa was private, had lots of space to enjoy and various amenities to take advantage of during our stay. The water pressure in the showers could have been better but no complaints overall.

We had an amazing 3 nights staying here. The rooftop area was a great place to relax after a busy day. So much space - great for larger groups or families. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, and air conditioning. Beds are firm but very comfortable. So close to everything but very quiet. We highly recommend Phoenix’s place.

If you have any requests, please check it late and take care of it a lot, so I had a good stay. I'll visit again later.

Clean. The host is very friendly. There were some mosquitoes, but it was possible to exterminate them with incense and electric products. An electric mosquito repellent in each room.It would have been better if there was one.

The host is friendly and responsive! The house is clean and everyday will have staff coming in cleaning for us.

This was a nicely designed, clean, modern, spacious room with kitchenette. The front door is on a very small quiet street off of a very busy street. We liked the small/quiet neighborhood nearby that has good coffee shops and restaurants. The hosts had a guidebook that provided some good suggestions for restaurants and services. We would definitely stay here again.

Kevin is a great host—very responsive and attentive, always ready to help. The apartment at The Marq, which is probably the most sought-after condo in HCMC, is fantastic, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you need for a more than comfortable stay. The location in District 1 is excellent, putting you right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City with easy access to everything. The facilities on the 25th floor are also great—the infinity pool, gym, and sauna are high-quality and elevate the overall experience. Additionally, the library was a perfect workspace, offering a quiet and comfortable environment to get things done. Would I rebook here? Absolutely—that’s a yes!

I enjoyed staying at Thuan's place. The place is clean and well-organized. Location is very convenient for shopping, eating, and hanging out. It's also not too far from the district 1. I felt comfortable as at home when staying here. Would recommend to friends and family.

We stayed for 5 nights at this studio in Saigon whilst visiting family and it was very well located to explore Thao Dien and get in to D1. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and check-in was very easy. I would recommend this stay if you’re looking for a quieter district in the city, and if you’re looking to explore Thao Dien in depth (which has great food and coffee!)

This apartment is really nice with beautiful views over Saigon. Located on the 21st floor it gives you a truly fantastic view over the Landmark and other parts of the city. The location in district 1 is superb, it’s very easy to get around from there and back. Chloe is a super host, informs proactively and is super responsive. For our American friends: the level of security is very high, so you can sleep soundly.

May is incredibly supportive! The apartment is clean, fully furnished, and surrounded by great restaurants. What matters most to me when staying in a new place is whether I can sleep well, and this room made me feel completely at ease. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in HCM!
