An’s place was fabulous! Such a great spot in the heart of HCMC. Her communication was fast & reliable & she always answered any questions I had quickly. It was clean & tidy & the pool on the roof was fabulous. Such great views of the city. There was a strong smell upon entering the apartment, which I put down to humidity & being shut up. It seemed to go away rather quickly. It is within walking distance of the Ben Thanh market & there are cafes & restaurants close by. After 4nights, it felt like a home away from home. I would most definitely recommend this place

Great places to stay, nice owner, only part wasnt good enough is the security and the cleaning person, hope they will fix the security people be more active and friendly, and the clean person should take there time to clean not rush to clean and leave…..I would like to stay again if thing are change.

Apartment was located in a tranquil private neighbourhood with convenience stores located right below. Rooms were clean and tidy. Phung personally came to pick me up when I arrived and was attentive and friendly. Even sat down to have a chat while I was waiting for the rest of my group to arrive. Had to book another room on last minute notice a couple of days later and she even offered to help me find one late at night. Great stay overall and would recommend to book with her!

It's well maintained apartment, clean, comfortable bed, nice ambience. While it feels remote, its actually near lots of attraction points with grab taxi. Host is very responsive, we had a little issue on the door lock alarm at 11pm and technician came in few minutes resolving the issue. Super recommended for families and group of friends!

Very comfortable bed and great bathroom amenities. The flat is on a cool alley with some nice restaurants and shops. The host was responsive, helpful, and kind. Would stay again!

Just the perfect place to stay in the heart of HCM City. Having a full kitchen and downstairs sitting area made the place feel like home away from home. Excellent WiFi that was perfect for a live interview I needed to do on Zoom. The bed was one of the most conformable I have experienced in Vietnam. Sadly, I had no time to enjoy coffee on the balcony as I was too busy using the office space to catch up on work between meeting. Thanks Derek!

Tucked away in an alley right in the heart of the Bui Vien walking street area, it offers the perfect balance: peaceful tranquility when you need it, yet just steps away from all the vibrant energy, dining, and nightlife. The pull-out sofa bed provides a convenient sixth sleeping option, complemented by a handy sixth small restroom next to the living room. It's truly fantastic for a group to stay together under one roof, especially with the added convenience with the elevator. While the elevator needs a little getting used to, it's generally a huge plus. The host was incredibly helpful and provided detailed instructions, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay! There’re also a 24/24 convenience store near it house, only 1 mins walk. We had a great time in HCMC and Mimi's place was perfect for our group of 7. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and easy to locate. it was easy to walk to places or catch a grab somewhere. The locals had some music out during Saturday and I was fun to listen to. The place cools down nicely, the third floor AC was leaking a hit but still worked great. I would definitely stay here again if I am in HCMC again!!

Great spot, multiple month long stays there! Several local restaurants nearby with great food. Pretty close to a couple convenient stores and a bank for their ATM. Local coffee shops are all over. Can’t beat the location.

Cozy hidden space for healing souls. Recommend for all guys who love natural and japanese minimalism style. Near by airport and just about 10 mins heads to downtown so good with reasonable price 🤟🏻 the neighbor is so cool but peace and quiet. This was so nice to get great memories here with my partner.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Annie en famille. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. Annie est chaleureuse et réactive en cas de besoin. Le seul point négatif, c'est le bruit des travaux du voisinage le matin...

Stayed at David’s place for one-day transit, his place is very clean and as described in the listing. He is very responsive too and friendly! In short, had a good stay here 👍 Don’t hesitate to book his place, especially if you are traveling in a group of more than 4 pax!

Top notch stay in not far from the heart of District 1. The apartment was spacious, clean, and looked just like the photos. The beds were super comfortable and aircon was strong — we always left home feeling super well rested. The hosts were also very responsive and friendly. On the first night someone’s bed had a strange stain on it and the team was super quick to respond, replying immediately sending someone to change the sheets the next day. The apartment complex itself feels super luxurious and secure, featuring amenities like pools, gyms, and even a jacuzzi (though unfortunately didn’t have time to check them out). There was even a Pizza 4P’s outlet right downstairs which was super convenient 😍 Definitely recommend to anyone coming to Saigon!

It was a wonderful experience to stay at this place. The hosts are friendly and go the extra mile to keep their guests comfortable. I would definitely stay at their place every time I come to HCMC. A good value for money, clean and comfortable stay.

Extremely convenient location and walkable to A LOT as traffic was insane in HCMC. The hosts were very responsive. Overall, a great stay before our international departure.
