This is locate by the park and has a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. Place is really clean and big. Very affordable for something in district 1. About 8-10 mins walk to “Cho Ben than” and nearby to new metro train station. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in D1. Also, there is a coffee shop downstairs. A lot of good beverages that doesn’t required long walk.

I booked the Airbnb for my mom’s and uncle’s trip to Vietnam from Canada for a little over a month’s stay. The Airbnb is a great choice in the local area compared to the hotels available. My family enjoyed their stay for the cleanliness, security, laundry washer and of course the air conditioning! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Communication with Yolande was good from the time we booked the apartment to the time we checked out. Yolande was very quick to respond to our messages and I felt sure if we had had any queries she would have been very helpful as she was keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

The **location is perfect** – easily within walking distance to the popular Bui Vien Walking Street and Ben Thanh Market. The **host was very clear** with contactless check-in instructions, making arrival smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself was **clean, tidy, and comfortable**. A nice bonus was the **Smart TV**, which gave us endless entertainment options after exploring the city. Would recommend for a central, easy, and pleasant stay!

Manuka was a wonderful host and the apartment is located in a great area, just steps away from wonderful restaurants. The area is brightly lit at night and felt extremely safe. Highly recommend this

Amazing property with lots of facilities in the building. Short car ride from everything. Ample space for a family of 4 and Jasmine was very responsive and proactive in checking in and seeing if we needed anything. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again!

Stayed at David’s place for one-day transit, his place is very clean and as described in the listing. He is very responsive too and friendly! In short, had a good stay here 👍 Don’t hesitate to book his place, especially if you are traveling in a group of more than 4 pax!

I really like and feel comfortable staying at Tom's apartment. Very strategic location, easy to access and privacy. Lots of restaurants and easy to go anywhere. The facilities are complete and I feel like I'm at home. Someday I come to Ho Chi Min City, I want to stay again at Tom's apartment. This place was in a great location, clean, and private. I felt safe the whole time and it has a great view of the city from the pool. Overall I recommend!

The place was comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. The area is peaceful but accessible at the same time and easy transportation. Nidova even went above and beyond by allowing us to leave our luggages at their office after checking out. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a place to stay in D1. Close to the airport, but would not recommend walking from airport to the studio. This suite is a studio style apartment with a bridge, microwave, hotplate, plates and glasses available. The bathroom was clean and had toiletries available. The studio had a a washing machine Hine in the balcony which was very convenient after traveling for several days. Unfortunately, the bed was a hard to sleep in, so if you're used to a pillow top or a comfortable soft/ medium soft bed you will not like this one. Downtown will be a about 20 to 25 mins via Grab and depending on traffic. Over all a good stay and very nice studio.

The house is big and can stay for six people. The price is ok. We only stayed for three people this time. It felt very comfortable.

Great place, great location.

Stayed here a little over 2 weeks. I was quite satisfied. Nguyen was very good at communicating and even let me check in a bit earlier as an exception which I am grateful for. The room was fine, with a queen bed, giant TV with Netflix, kitchen and bathroom Really liked the access to the pool, the gym. Also very close to the airport and easy to get to main District 1 by taxi.

Nice, small apartment. There is a swimming pool on the second floor, in the yard there is a grocery store. The airport is a 15-20 minute walk. There is all the necessary set of dishes.

Helen was a great host. She was very responsive and the space was beautiful. Lots of space and natural light and in a great location. Would recommend!

Great location with many coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The building has a paid parking garage for motorbike and car, and 24 hours market. The unit is a few years old but clean. The co-host is very responsive for any requests. The hot water is very hot. Be careful if you have young children.
