Nu finns där 5 lägenheter helt nyrenoverade med alla bekvämligheter.Husets balkong som ligger på den norra gaveln med morgon sol och kvälls sol har husets gäster tillsammans. Parkering ingår och bilen kan gott stå kvar då Visbys nöjen och upplevelser nås till fots. Sängkläder ingår. Badlakan och handdukar ingår också.
