The apartment is newly produced with exclusive material choices. There are 2x80 beds, 2 bed armchairs with bed dimensions 90cm, dining table, TV, dishwasher & washing machine. The apartment has a patio as well as a large courtyard you share together with neighbors. Include sheets & towels, final cleaning is done by you according to the list. The accommodation is suitable for max 3-4 people.

We only include a partial cleaning fee with your booking, and request that when you checkout you leave the apartment in a tidy condition as when you checked in. The free WIFI is inside the appartment, just scan the QR code displayed if you are single or a couple please only use one bedroom ( Gotland has a serious water crisis, so it saves on laundry water), and if you have forgotten to declare other guests please do so on the Airbnb App thank you , if you use two bedrooms on a single occupancy we will add an additional fee upon check out.

Live the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located accommodation. Welcome to us at Glädjens Hus as the Lindahl family has had in the family since 1893 when the widow Johanna Lindahl had built this amazing house with which it was then 3 apartments and with a good location close to the harbor and the inner city. Now there are 5 apartments completely renovated with all amenities. The house's balcony located on the north gable with morning sun and evening sun is shared by the house's guests. The barbecue is for the guests.

Parking is included and the car can stay parked as Visby's pleasures and experiences can be reached on foot. Bed linens are included. Bath towels and towels are also included. I want the bath towels to stay in the apartment, so if you go to the beach, you have to bring your own bath towels. Cleaning is not included but can be purchased.
