Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bilthoven

This is Airbnb as it was intended to be. A kind and helpful host, wonderful house and all around great experience. We traveled with 5 adults and 2 small kids. Sorin’s house was perfectly appointed for everyone to have a great stay. The kids loved the playroom, back garden and all the fun toys. The included bikes (including a cargo bike) made exploring and trips to the train station easy and fun. The house is very comfortable and spacious allowing us to spread out and also spend time together. The neighborhood is very quiet and seems very safe. If you are considering this as an option within easy striking distance to Amsterdam, do it. The train is an €15 round trip.

Fantastic house in a perfect location between North Sea, Amsterdam and the small, super beautiful city of Haarlem. Cosy furnishings, plenty of space and good entertainment for children make the house perfect for holidays with children

Very nice, clean house with nice garden. Vic is a very friendly host. There was also coffee in the machine ready for us and a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge, thank you so much! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Rarely have we been able to rent such a clean house. We found it very pleasant not to see any personal belongings of the residents. The wardrobes were empty with lots of hangers, so even for a longer stay, thank you!! There is plenty of parking and you can start with a dog directly on foot from the house. The sea can be reached quickly both by car and on foot . We were in The Hague and Rotterdam. The TV didn't work, but can certainly be fixed quickly. Vic was quick to get in touch with tips. We were still able to access NETFLIX from our Samsung via screen mirroring. Thank you and best regards!!!!

We enjoyed our vacation at Kim‘s home very much. We had enough space and all rooms are beautiful furnished. The little garden was also a nice place to sit and relax after a day at the beach or a walk through beautiful city of Haarlem.

We loved our stay at Frenske’s home! The location is great, very walkable to all that Haarlem has to offer. Plenty of space and room for working remotely. We hope to stay here again!

The house was super great and almost more beautiful than in the photos. The information folder about the house, the surrounding area etc. was very helpful. We were also very happy about the drinks provided and the Nespresso set up! Sander was very easy to reach and always responded very quickly, helpfully and sympathetically.

We had a perfect family vacation in the spacious home. The location is perfect, as it is close to great beaches and beautiful cities! We would always come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very cozy and comfortable, and was well equipped with all of the amenities we were looking for. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful for anything that we needed. In particular, the black out shades in the bedroom helped us get a great night's sleep every night. The location was superb, great restaurants and grocery stores were right outside of our door. Would highly recommend to anyone!

We had a comfy stay at Jelle's! No complaints or displeasures, everything was quite clean and accurate to the description in the listing. Instructions for check-in was clear. Maybe would be good to provide 2 sets of keys instead of just 1. Location is 2min walk from a bus stop, easy to take a 10-15min bus ride to Centraal. Living room area in particular was very pleasant! we were worried that privacy was going to be an issue, but Jelle had blinds and privacy filters on the windows, so we felt at ease. Washing machine and dryer are easy to use too. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Had a great stay here. Home completely matched the listing. Quirine is super friendly and was quickly accessible if we had a question. Surroundings are quiet, but still close to a playground, various shops, restaurants,.... definitely recommended

It's a really special place. The house feels like the 17th C beauty it is, but there is nothing janky or tired about it. A lot of very thoughtful work has been put in. It is light-filled, beautifully cared-for, and perfectly incorporates all modern luxeries. The house is on a quiet street just a few blocks from the center. We had a terrific week there, can't recommend it more highly.

Annette was a lovely host, extremely friendly. The BnB was lovely, very cosy and clean. It was a good walking distance from the beach/boulevard and also local shops. As young adults who have not had the opportunity to travel a lot due to COVID-19, this was a great place to stay and extremely welcoming, also a perfect distance from all the towns and in particular Amsterdam.

I absolutely loved my 3 week stay here, it has everything you could need. It instantly felt like home and includes many small details that makes your stay easy and pleasant. You can really tell that Han's has given good thought and care into the space. He is an absolutely wonderful host that I hope to stay with again in the future. The location is amazing, as other reviews has said, it's the perfect distance from the city center/centraal station(10-20min). Even if you don't feel like going that far, there are many delicious restaurants within 1 block. Grocery stores, museums, the zoo and plenty else to do within 3 blocks! During the day the neighborhood is lively and active, but it never feels overcrowded. There's a constant stream of pedestrians, bicyclist, bridge raises, and boats passing in the canal to watch. During the night it a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Bonus points for stable and fast wifi and an awesome hot shower. You won't be disappointed staying at Han's😁👍

We had a wonderful stay in Alkmaar and in the apartment! The communication with Diwa was great, she welcomed us, gave us a lot of useful information, we could always contact her and she was super friendly. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. It has a beautiful balcony and a great view. We loved, that it’s located in the middle of the city with nice cafés around the corner. For parking there are good options that Diwa told us about. We totally recommend staying in Diwas apartment and would love to come back!

Very well equipped apartment. From cleaning supplies, shower gel, shampoo, mountains of soft towels. It was really all there. Very warm welcome, great and fast communication. The mattress is very good, TV many programs even prime and Netflix. Cozy balcony. very quiet. The stairs are actually steep, but you get used to it. We felt very comfortable. Clean and cozy just like we expected. The location to vondelpark was superb. Easy to find and a beautiful street. Felt safe staying there.

This lovely place is right off the park, walkable to restaurants, shops and even to the museums (through the park), and just a 20 min ride to the city center. It's in a VERY family friendly area!! The host is excellent -- very friendly and helpful and quick with responses. The flat is fully appointed and even has a little back patio, but 2 of the bedrooms are quite small, and the stairs between floors are steep!

Best Airbnb ever. Peaceful enough for me to write 450 pages and finish my book. Was heavenly.

I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

We had a great stay, the Beach house is lovely and well placed for walks along the sea front and into Zandvoort centre.

Very good accomodation for the last minute booking for high season! On the beach, with big balcony and very close to all you need, direct in the center of the town. Parking is paid, bur directly near the entrance. Also you can park in 15 minutes walk free of charge. No place for our clothes in the bedroom, but we stay only 2 nights and it is not critical. Self check-in and self check-out is very comfortable!
