The basement apartment was completely renovated in 2018. It is very lovingly decorated and fully furnished. The living area is very spacious and offers enough space. The small kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just minutes from the train station and town center (about 12 minutes). The recognized resort of Billerbeck is located in the Münsterland and is also called “the pearl of the Baumberge” due to its location in the Baumberge.

Close to Steinfurt (12 min approx.) Münster (20 min approx.) or also Enschede/Holland (45 min approx.) The neighboring apartment is located in a traffic-calmed area.
