Forget all everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful home. It's completely new, built in June 2024. Here you can enjoy our beautiful nature from both the living room and bedroom and you can also walk freely in our nature. It is close to Hallandsleden. Here's everything you need for a nice vacation or accommodation. We are used to having guests with us and give you full service if you want something special. There is also a hot tub overlooking the beautiful scenery that you can borrow by arrangement.

Vill ni ta pendeln till Göteborg så kan ni parkera bilen på Ale torg där pendeltåget tar er till stan på en kvart. Beautiful and charming but modern house with a lovely location; 300 m from the sea and with no close neighbours. A big terrass behind the house, close to a big field. Pool (4x9 m), available May-August (maybe September) and a jacuzzi with room for 7 people. A nice balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun and the silence. Don't hesitate to ask about other dates than the available ones!

Här bor du i ett lugnt och naturnära område med närhet till både hav, bad och smidiga kommunikationer. 1 minuts gångavstånd till närmaste busshållsplats som tar dig in till centrala Göteborg på 30 minuter. 10 minuter gång till härliga badvikar. Nya Hovås 10 minuter bort med buss eller bil. Här finns en stor matbutik, flertalet restauranger samt caféer, apotek och systembolag.

We have just expanded and renovated our villa into a large, modern and cozy home. From the living room and kitchen, the view is stunning. On the balcony is the spa area with spa bath, sauna, cold water barrel and outdoor shower. The plot borders the forest where there is a playground with zip line, swing, climbing ropes, etc. It is a 10-minute walk to the sea with a lovely sandy beach, playground and ice cream parlor.
