Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Here you will find proximity to Gothenburg city center (14 minutes), tranquility and nice swimming. Warm welcome to my guest house!

Dream place by the lake

For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

Modern, nice and bright, furnished 3-room apartment with fully-equipped kitchen, open floor plan and balcony. Bathroom with shower, washer and dryer. Located in a larger villa with its own entrance, close to the sea in fantastic Billdal, 20 km from central Gothenburg. Proximity to both the sea with several swimming coves and nature within walking distance. Service is within walking distance at Kungsporten with bakery, food hall, grocery store, pharmacy, health center, etc. Short walk to express bus into Gothenburg. Close to several golf courses.

Camping cabin on a farm

Simple camping cabin located on the edge of the farm's garden. The cottage has a room with a simple kitchen and a bunk bed with two beds plus two beds in a sofa bed. Toilet with separate toilet and a simple shower with hot water, which is about 25 meters from the cabin. Toilet and shower are shared with our other camping cabin. Bed linens and towels are not included in the price, but can be selected for SEK 100/set. Cleaning is not included but can be purchased for SEK 300. Failure to clean is charged at SEK 400.

Perfect accommodation for the couple who want to combine big city visits with nature accommodation. Small guest house of about 20 sqm in a quiet residential area. 800 meters to a swimming area, 20 km to central Gothenburg. The cottage has a small bathroom with toilet and shower, as well as a smaller kitchen with two hotplates and a microwave (with grill function). Balcony with afternoon sun. Free parking. There is a possibility to charge an electric car for SEK 2.50/kWh. Towels and bed sheets are included.

Sjöstugan

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
