Great location aboard the Seine , very beautiful house and with lots of charm , great decor and with all you need , as much to take time to read , as much to play with children as to do cooking All the rooms are great , and there's really room for several people . Very nice hostess. Is very helpful and friendly. Responds quickly to questions or if what was, she came across right away. Parking was a bit difficult, but even there Sophie helped us and drove her car away so we could park. The apartment is small but nice. The stairs a little very narrow. We felt comfortable with 4 adults and 5 children with dog.

Comfortable stay in a lovely, well equipped home. Quiet neighbourhood. Great patisserie 1km walk away. Good restaurant too. Supermarket a short drive away. Central to many lovely villages and near Rouen to visit by car. Easy, friendly communication with Celine. Recommended.

Chlorine is a very nice, accommodating host and her place is very functional when we arrive together. We all had a pleasant and serene stay thanks to her. A big thank you for self check in and check out, this flexibility is really ideal. We keep the address precious.

The cottage is very well equipped. toys for children, very pleasant garden furniture on this sunny 1 May weekend. the quietness of the countryside and the little goats as neighbors, it was very nice. Our dog, a border collie also validated the enclosed and secure place. I recommend.

Mansion with lots of charm, very well equipped (for both children and adults.) Large garden ideal for children. Very nice bedding. Communication was perfect as well as self check-in. I recommend this place without so much as a second thought!

This was a great place to stay and was worth the price ! It was beautifully and tastefully decorated, with a nice kitchen with all of the amenities you would need. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds, spacious and well maintained grounds, and the master bedroom had a lovely view of the Seine river. The area was quiet, perfect for sleeping, but an easy driving distance to most major Normandy attractions in the region. The hosts were friendly and very responsive. Of course, the crown jewel for us was the heated covered pool, which was good-sized and very clean. We definitely enjoyed it! There's also a nice Jacuzzi in the same covered veranda. Overall, this was an excellent experience, perfect for our long weekend getaway, and we certainly be back. 

Our stay went very well. We were 16 adults and 6 children, and the place was perfect. We were all able to sleep in a good quality bed with practically one bathroom in each room. The kids had a room with a mattress on the floor, they loved it. There are many activities to do on site (swimming pool, jacuzzi, basketball, pingpong, tennis, and lots of games), leaving the house there is a pedestrian path so ideal for going for a walk safely. The place is quiet. I would highly recommend for stays for families or groups of friends. Thank you Christian for your kindness and welcome.

Sublime and atypical accommodation in a soothing setting. We loved the breakfasts with views of the hills and the green setting as well as the heated pool. The period dovecote is very well renovated, perfectly equipped and the bedding is very comfortable. I recommend it without hesitating!

Simple but decent accommodation, very peaceful, in a beautiful environment. Close to amenities. Ideal for visiting the surroundings, beautiful forest nearby.

Lydia’s house and gardens are beautiful, we had a magical family holiday and highly recommend Lydia’s place for exploring both Rouen and some stunning coastline, very special don’t hesitate to book;)

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

Amazing stay for a big company, everything is perfect

We had a great 4 days at Valerie's! The house is spacious and very clean, the calm and the heated pool are a real plus. We made the most of the pool. The little touches for our dog touched us a lot. Valerie is a lovely and helpful person. This is the second time we have been back, and once again we have not been disappointed. This house is a pearl, for sure, we will come back! Great experience at Alexandre's. The terrace, summer lounge and garden are very nice. The living room is large and bright, ideal for relaxing. Alexandre is always responsive to messages and gave us good advice on the surrounding activities. I recommend it.
