Check in was great and I received clear instructions. The apartment was clean and cozy, as described. The location was convenient, very close to the center, to the prefecture and stops. Also, close to the train station. Highly recommend ❤️

The flat is in a prime spot-very central and easy to explore Rouen on foot. It was spotless, and Romuald was welcoming and easy to communicate with. A couple of things to note: there's no self check-in, and the bedroom doesn't have a door, which might be a consideration for some. Overall, a solid stay if location is your priority.

Our 3-generation family had a great stay. The house of family happiness is aptly named. The house is warmly decorated and sweats the family atmosphere. It's perfectly equipped to make the whole family feel good. Flexible check-in and excellent communication. Thanks to Isabelle for the quality of this Airbnb which makes it possible to have a great stay with family. (We did not take advantage of the activities and walks in the area because we had come to go to the Rouen exhibition center for 3 days.)

We had a very nice stay at Axel's house. We felt very comfortable there from the first moment, since the house exudes a very nice atmosphere. You could be creative or just relax. A beautiful old house with large gardens on two sides. The equipment was perfect. Axel has some personal tips in the surrounding area, we found that exciting and also enriching. We took the two cats to our hearts. Two nice, affectionate and fun animals. Thank you for everything Axel.

We were very well hosted by Christine who introduced us to different activities in the area, she and her husband are very welcoming and friendly, the house is clean, well-equipped and beautifully decorated, the view from the terrace of the garden and the river Eure is a big plus, We really enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable, well-kept home in walking distance to the expo center where we were attending events. The local recommendations were excellent, and overall we were very happy with our stay. Valeria met us when we arrived so that she could give us the keys and welcome us. She was flexible with our schedule.

Superb apartment, perfectly located between the port and the beach, all the shops downstairs from the residence. Sunset views! Perfect for holidays for families or groups of friends, we highly recommend it.
