Sainte-Marine sea view villa with slipway on estuary

I offer for rent for a few periods, thanks to Tetyana who will organize your welcome and be your main point of contact during your stay, my house (historic and family-owned!) in Ste-Marine: Ty Plouz, nicknamed Le Paradis by friends, on the waterfront, with its magnificent sea view and direct access to the estuary. Please note that sheets and towels are not provided by default, but with a simple message, Tetyana can take care of them (price: €25 for a double bed, €15 for a single bed, towel included).

300m from the beach of St Anne La Palud and the coastal trail GR34, this 1881 farmhouse is located within a non-working farm complex on the edge of a small village. Fully renovated in 2022, the 2.5 bedrooms each offer a double bed and is ideal for up to 6 guests - 2 of the bedrooms are very large, and one is small. We offer the outbuilding of our vacation home for rent, designed as a guest house. The property enjoys a unique location on the edge of the Odet, and a small door (well known in the village) gives you direct access to the charming little port of Sainte Marine, its famous Café de la Cale and its restaurants.
