[HOT TUB] Twin Rivers Tiny House, Latvian Retreat

The Tiny Home is an Escape ONE XL (with HOT TUB) ,388 square feet including two lofts- each with a queen bed. The bathroom is very spacious for a tiny home, complete with a standard bathtub/shower and a Separett composting toilet from Sweden. The maple cabinetry kitchen is complete with a gas cooktop/oven, as well as a full size fridge. It has a comfortable living space with a sofa bed couch and a TV/Roku Bluetooth Soundbar, the main loft also has a TV/Roku. As well as A/C and heating to relax.

This newly renovated 1800 sq. ft. family friendly house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a back deck that overlooks a creek to lounge, enjoy local wine or BBQ. You’ll fall in love with the soulful sounds of the year round creek splashing through this miniature grove of Sequoias. This perfect getaway for food, wine, and beer lovers is less than a mile (.7) from downtown Murphys. For outdoor adventurers, New Melones Lake, Bear Valley, and Big Trees Village are a short drive away.

The Hideaway

The Hideaway is an enchanting one room casita situated on the outer crest of the property, The Confluence. Wake up to the sunrise with a lush *View* of the natural countryside from your private deck. The Hideaway is accessed by a foot path (200ft) from the Main House. The Private Bathroom is off of the Main House (200ft walk from the room). From the parking area to the room, it is roughly 400ft. There is no kitchen or cooking appliances other than a hot water kettle and a mini-frig.
