Monthly Rentals in Big Island

It was TRANQUIL and I loved that it backs right up to Minnewashta Park that has many trails to hike down to the lake. The beds and linens were very comfortable and we slept well in the quiet solitude. There was plenty of space both indoors and outdoors for little ones to play. The outside propane grill worked well and we BBQed most our meals using it. It is well maintained with clean new carpets. We really appreciated that Sabrina was kind enough to supply some toys and play kitchen for the children. They loved the bunk beds and made forts with the extra blankets. Having a washer/dryer in unit is a big plus when you are staying more than a week, especially with little ones.

Great stay. Everything was as expected. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Cheap price. I would recommend bringing your own pillows and blankets. They had some there but could use more. If you prefer your own stuff it might be nice to bring.

This was a very nice place for me and my mother to stay while visiting family and going to activities in the area. The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished and decorated, and super clean. It was easy to park and get into the apartment and "walker friendly" for my mother. Andrew was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the spring flower show at the MN arboretum and lunch at Maynard's in Exelsior. The home is adjacent to highway 7, so there is some traffic noise, but that was not a problem for us.

Highly recommend Mark’s place. Great restaurants, hikes, and lakes were all within a 5-10min drive. Super peaceful to just sit on the back porch or in the hot tub. Would love to return!
