Monthly Rentals in Big Boulder Lake

My family and I rented Jonathan's place as a long-term rental during ski season. We wanted to be close to Big Boulder given our involvement in the race program and the place could not have been more conveniently located (it was also great being able to walk to Boulder View Tavern for apres ski!). The unit was just like it was described, and Jonathan was always incredibly responsive if we ever needed anything. This place became our "home away from home" for ski season and we were truly sad to pack up on our last day. Highly recommend both this unit and Jonathan (I believe he has other properties) to anyone considering a stay in the Poconos. Fantastic experience and absolutely wonderful host!!

Very quiet and relaxing stay. Enjoyed the location and the ease of getting in and out. Very thankful for the recommendations they came in very handy. Very responsive to questions and concerns. My girlfriend and I would definitely love to book again.

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend! The view of the lake, mountain, and pool from the balcony was absolutely stunning and peaceful. The condo looks exactly like the pictures and even better. We rented a boat and went fishing on the lake which was very relaxing. The kids loved the pool and all the activities at the Boulder Lake Club. Megan and Duane are amazing hosts. Great communication from the time of booking until checkout. Very helpful and accommodating. The condo was very clean and nicely stocked with everything needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back!!! Thanks Megan and Duane for an amazing stay!!

Great location for skiing at JackFrost and Big Boulder! Very easy check in/out. Very comfortable condo with everything we needed. Loved that there were even spices for cooking! Perfect size and set up for 2 families. We only needed to reach out to Marion once and she responded right away (I didn’t realized the gate code was sent to me in a text a few days prior to check in but I figured it out). Overall great experience and price. I would definitely stay here again!
