Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Big Bear Lake

We had an amazing weekend with our family. We truly appreciate the hospitality of Frank he was a gracious host. We absolutely loved the beautiful home and view. The game room was great. Everything was so clean we had an unlimited supply of wood. This was one of the best bookings we have stayed in.

Great, walkable location in Big Bear. We chose the perfect time to be in this cute mountain town - in between seasons. The neighborhood was extremely quiet with beautiful surroundings. The interior was very clean. However, being the in-between season, the house-cleaners had not yet swept off the decks. We love the pines trees and understand that they also shed so it may be tricky keeping the outdoor space tidy! Communication with management was easy and quick. Only complaint is that the furnace is in a closet near the bedrooms and tends to be a bit loud. All else was great!

This place is so amazing! The house has a great view of the lake. The house is clean and spacious. Highly recommended place for family and groups.

Had a great stay! Me & all my friends had lots of fun with all the amenities and had enough space for everyone that stayed. I would book again!

We enjoyed staying at this cabin with our family and friends. Cooked the whole trip and they had everything we needed. Temperature is controlled by the manager, so make sure to let them know exactly the temperature you want. Will definitely stay again. :)

This cabin is amazing. It’s literally next to everything! We went Snow Summit, Bear Mountain, the Mineshaft Coaster… there’s so so much to do. A lot of grocery stores, fast food restaurants and sit down restaurants. It’s honestly just so perfect. We went with 3 kids ages 12, 13 and 14. They loved the pool table, jacuzzi on the snow was a one of a kind experience, they have a little arcade game next to the pool table. The one thing that almost scared us was the heater wasn’t working when we got there and the cabin was freezing so we thought that we were going to have to sleep like that, but Modern was so quick to get us someone to come fix it and we had the heater working within a couple of hours of getting there. Their communication is fast and greatly appreciated. They let us check out an hour later which gave us a little extra time to sleep in. Thank you for everything, we will definitely book again! Oh! Also, they’re pet friendly 🙌.

Thank you, Dionne, for this amazing stay! It is an ideal location (the snow boarders only have to walk through snow summit’s parking lot and the little kids have a HUGE fenced backyard to keep them busy all day!) My favorite was the living room with 3 lazy boys to recline and relax in and plenty of space for everyone to sit around for dinner & movie night! The kitchen had more than enough appliances that we needed and the bedrooms were quiet and private. Thank you for your prompt and courteous communication! We loved your home like our own and hope it was left according to your standards.

We would like to thank Mario and Ivette for the hospitality! This place far exceeded our wants/ needs and we couldn’t have had a better time. Convenient location and submerged into the forest that Big Bear is known for. If you have a large group we couldn’t recommend this location enough. Everyone gets their own full bathroom and almost all of the rooms have a private balcony! If you get the chance, STAY HERE!
