Fantastic houseboat in the middle of Berlin

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Sunny Apt with 2 Rooms & Balcony, 3min to Train St

You will live in an apartment with two bright rooms, a balcony with sun until 2:30 pm, a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic stove, a hallway and a bathroom with a shower. The whole apartment is just for you - there are no shared rooms. The living room has one double bed (180cm wide), two Sofas and a big TV. The smaller room has one double bed (140cm wide) and two single beds. Though it gets pretty crowded with 4 people sleeping in the smaller room. Cot for Babies available.

If you are looking for peace and quiet as a holidaymaker after visiting the bustling city or after work or an internship, you have come to the right place. In our garden in front of the bungalow, you can end the day comfortably in the warm season and enjoy the silence, the birdsong and the splashing of our garden fountain. S-Bahn train train, tram and bus are a few minutes' walk away. Only 30 minutes to the city centre. Various shopping facilities are provided.

It has just been completed and is brand new. The building has a modern floor heating for your well-being, is on the highest level concerning energy efficiency and safety requirement and offers you best convenience as your temporary home.

Single Apartment with Kitchen & bath, Short Term

The apartment house Spreepolis is located in the Oberschöneweide district of Berlin. Our single studios are modern and offer everything you need for temporary living: WiFi, kitchenette equipped with hotplates, stove, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, crockery and kitchen utensils, TV and a comfortable single bed and a private bathroom with shower. The studios are on the ground floor.
