Llegamos antes al departamento y nos permitió el checkin. Muy atenta y contesta sumamente rapido. Excelente lugar y muy cerca de Manuel Antonio.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at this bungalow retreat! We loved waking up with the sunrise to see birds and monkeys, and panoramic views of the forest. The bed was comfy and we enjoyed the outdoor kitchen (has a protected roof). The location is walking distance to delicious restaurants, and we had no trouble getting ubers to Quepos and MA National Park. Instructions from Karen were clearly communicated, overall fantastic stay.

El departamento y el condominio, muy cómodos. contaba cin todo lo necesario, toallas, sábanas, el incluso café y filtros para la cafetera.

La residencia cuenta con todo lo que se necesita para una estadía cómoda, amena y disfrutar de las instalaciones con la piscina y la parrilla, adicionalmente las atenciones de Saray convierten a este lugar en un lugar personalizado para una excelente estancia.

El alojamiento es un departamento completo, con muchos rincones para estar y hermosa galeria. Tiene una cocina muy completa, con vajilla completa y muy bonita. Christian, es muy amable. comparte información local y es muy atento en todo momento que lo necesites.

The place was great. Perfectly located in Manuel Antonio. The supermarket below was also great. The only complaint I have is no check out instructions. I also accidentally left something and they never messaged me back about if they found it or what they could do about it. Besides that it was the perfect place.

Very peaceful and beautiful apartment with a great view of the town, mountain and sea. Definitely need a car if staying here, as it's a dirt road up a hill to get here, but well worth it. Loved having the balcony for breakfast and late evenings, and the apartment was plenty spacious enough. Would note that there is no AC in the apt -- only in one of the two bedrooms -- if you prefer a cooler indoor temperature. All rooms have fans and windows that fully open, but it's fairly humid outside.

Loved the place! It offers plenty of privacy while still being centrally located, making it easy to access restaurants and nearby beaches. I would definitely go back!

El lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo. Está pensado para pasar el tiempo fuera de la habitación porque tiene espacios e iluminación externos bonitos. El aire acondicionado solo está en el cuarto principal, los otros dormitorios son con abanicos, en el estacionamiento teníamos 3 carros. El lugar es seguro, hay un restaurante muy cerca que estaba muy bueno. Hay chino o supermercado como a 1km bastante surtido. El host siempre estuvo atento y respondió en todo momento. Nos ayudó con varias dudas que teníamos del lugar y todas sus recomendaciones fueron muy buenas. La piscina muy buena, refrescante. Los baños y el lugar estaban bastante limpios. Las camas cómodas.

Cindy fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento. La casa es tal cual esta en las fotografías y es pet friendly, beneficio para los que siempre paseamos con nuestras mascotas. El condominio es muy seguro y tranquilo.

We had a fantastic stay at the Tucon Villa! Visited in April 2025 as a group of 6 adults and 6 kids. The property is perfect for families or groups, with a great pool enjoyed by both kids and adults. The garden, full of fruit trees, added a peaceful, tropical vibe. Each bedroom has its own bathroom—super convenient for multiple families—and the fully stocked kitchen made meals easy. The on-site washer and dryer were a huge plus. We also loved birdwatching right from the property! The location is ideal, just a short drive to Quepos and Manuel Antonio, offering both convenience and privacy. The only suggestion would be to provide clearer directions for first-time visitors. Overall, highly recommended—we’d definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay. We saw White Faced Monkeys, a Sloth, Toucans and Parrots right from the balcony. Heiner was especially friendly and very nice. It’s a great location off of the main road, but still close to all the nice restaurants, beaches, and activities. We would stay again.

This house is private and away from any crowds, yet a short drive to a large US style grocery store. The walk to the beach is so close you can hear the waves crashing at night in your bed. We woke up to Macaws, monkeys, parrots, iguanas, leaf cutter ants and many birds! We traveled with our children ages 14, 15 and 25. Our daughter walked to the private beach for yoga in the morning and the boys loved the pool, beach, hammock, and life-sized chess. My husband and I enjoyed coffee out back in the morning when the wildlife was ALIVE with sights and sounds of the true Costa Rica! Having space for our family to relax yet retreat to their own bedrooms for an afternoon siesta was perfect. The air-conditioning was very efficient and kept the house cool. The house was gated and secure with personnel on-site. Fatima and her family are the true gem of the home. Having her to help with questions was imperative and just an absolute treat. This home is a genuine home in Costa Rica! Pura Vida!

This is a very special, beautiful property. It is so peaceful and private while also being well connected to the goings on of Manuel Antionio. We loved walking the trails and going to the waterfalls (with the lovely dog Ella who joined us), as well as swimming in their pool, and sitting on the terrace watching all the birds. We ate breakfast and dinner here, which was delicious! If we had more time we would have loved to do the horse ride, they are very well kept friendly horses and the trails of the property are amazing to explore. The house was super clean and well equipped! Everything was just perfect, I recommend you stay here!

David's place is a perfect location to walk to anything you need. It was amazing to sit on the balcony and see and hear all the wildlife. We will definitely stay here again.

Their warm and genuine "pura vida" spirit made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was immaculate, well-equipped, and perfectly located for exploring the area. Lester and his wife went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing excellent local recommendations and promptly addressing any questions we had. Their kindness and attentiveness made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone visiting Quepos!

Compared to the other properties in the area for the price, everything was perfect. I wish I had read a little more to know there was no a/c but it really wasn’t much of a problem. Lots of properties don’t have a/c in the area. It’s common. Thanks Tina!

Un lugar muy cómodo y tranquilo, sin duda para volver.

A taste of nature for sure. Birds and monkeys right off the front porch, and just far enough removed from the city that it was literally in a little jungle valley. Probably amazing in the rainy season when the little river behind the property is flowing. Very peaceful, and the land lady on the premises was always there for help.

El apartamento ubicado en el 5 piso tiene una vista al océano magnífica. El mismo tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso. Entre lo posible volveremos y lo recomiendo a otros usuarios.
