Condo holiday rentals in Biesanz Beach

Mario’s place was very nice, the beach is beautiful and very private. The pool area is nice and clean, they are very strict about keeping it clean. All of the staff on the property are very friendly and professional. In my opinion this is the perfect place for families.

I had a great experience in this home. Everything was as shown in the pictures: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was very convenient and the host was very kind and attentive from the start, always willing to help with any questions. I would definitely go back and recommend it!

This is a very nice apartment in a secure complex with on site parking. We appreciated the friendly helpful staff! The pool is lovely, and the complex is just a short walk from the beach. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby as well. I would recommend this property to others.

This place had a spectacular view. I saw Macaw Parrots flying and there were monkeys around as well. Rayna was easy to communicate with and even helped by picking me up from the first hotel I was in. She also was able to get groceries delivered to me that evening, which was great. There are many activities on offer and Rayna can help with some of those. She also ordered me food in when I wasn't up for going out at night. The area is very hilly and it's steep! I didn't know, so be aware of that. There are places to eat that are walkable but again, be prepared for hilly walking on narrow roads. I found a scooter place and rented a scooter to get myself around.

I recommend it. A wonderful view and fantastic beach for those who enjoy nature. The apartment invites you to relax and make you want to stay longer.

Great communication, very flexible with check in and check out. location was hard cause it was in between both manual antonio and guepos (have to taxi more often!) but for the price it evens out and is worth it.

Excellent accommodation, the value for money is unparalleled, it is as seen in the photos and even better, the air conditioning works perfect and keeps the environment fresh and if you want more they can complement with the fan, equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, everything impeccable and comfortable , very close to everything, Kensy and Karen are very friendly and always attentive, very recommended , I would repeat without hesitation.

Beautiful location on the beach. The beach only had a few people on it the entire time we were there. Beautiful sunsets.

The apartment located on the 5th floor has a magnificent ocean view. It has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. Between the possible we will come back and recommend it to other users.

Quiet, peaceful, safe, and a short drive to busier spaces and activities. Perfect spot to relax and unwind.

The place was clean and very spacious. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen with the balcony very much. Every morning we could watch tucane from there. The contact persons Itza was very kind and always on the spot immediately. We enjoyed the time there very much and Michael was always easily accessible!

We had a wonderful time at Bejuco Beach. Everything was great. We can only highly recommend the flat. It was perfect.

The house is very nice and spacious, everything is very clean and tidy, 6 minutes by car from Quepos, you need a vehicle to move easily, a very good decision to stay here, Luis Fernándo, I don't collaborate whenever we request it. We hope to be back soon!.

Loved this space for our Costa Rica trip. Very conveniently located. I saw monkeys and a toucan right outside of the unit. The instructions were very clear on where to park and how to find the unit.

This is our second stay in this building. We last visited a couple years ago and stayed in a different condo. This one was equally luxurious! We loved watching wildlife from the balcony. The condo was spotless, the bedding was so comfortable and soft, and plenty of hot water in the showers. It’s also located in a great spot to walk to several restaurants and a grocery store. We love that it has a security guard and a concierge who helped us arrange excursions like a night jungle tour and surf lessons. She also arranged a shuttle to drive us back to San Jose and for a car rental while we were there. We loved it!

Diana’s place was absolutely amazing. Pictures do not do it justice. The views were incredible in the morning with all the glass windows. Diana was the Most helpful host we have had, giving us extra blankets, binoculars for the kids, and beach chairs and toys. U will not regret this stay! Cant wait to come stay again.

We absolutely loved this airbnb!! The view was incredible and the access to the beach made it so simple to enjoy our time. It’s the perfect location close by to Jaco, Manuel Antonio, and rainmaker, while being in a less touristy/ less crowded area. The entire complex felt incredibly safe, including the beach. There’s many stores nearby for groceries as well! Carrie was also incredibly helpful before and during our stay! Any questions we had, she responded within the hour and truly made this trip even better! Highly recommend!

We liked our stay with Sylvia. The place is great located from Quepos downtown and Manuel Antonio. House is just like the pictures. It was clean and has everything for cooking. One of the bathroom has a leak but in general everything was good.

The condo was very nicely decorated and comfortable. I would recommend it and look forward to returning soon
