Condo holiday rentals in Quepos

The place is superb! I loved how easy access was, the house was spotless, and we loved the different spaces. I went as a family and liked that they had some things to play, my son and I took advantage of the space to play tennis and soccer in the green area next to the pool. Communication was excellent and my questions were always answered. Excellent host, super recommended!

Isaac was very kind, quick to respond and to help us with our questions. The place is impeccable and the amenities are exactly as described, the atmosphere is very quiet and the view is very nice with lots of nature, totally worth it! :)

This is our second stay in this building. We last visited a couple years ago and stayed in a different condo. This one was equally luxurious! We loved watching wildlife from the balcony. The condo was spotless, the bedding was so comfortable and soft, and plenty of hot water in the showers. It’s also located in a great spot to walk to several restaurants and a grocery store. We love that it has a security guard and a concierge who helped us arrange excursions like a night jungle tour and surf lessons. She also arranged a shuttle to drive us back to San Jose and for a car rental while we were there. We loved it!

This place is absolutely beautiful! Wake up to the sound of the ocean every morning and go to bed with it every night. Pictures do justice and in a place where it’s a local feel, we were right at home and felt very safe at this place. It’s walkable to everything and everyone was so kind. Jean was incredibly responsive no matter what! The gym and amenities were a plus as well! Book here when wanting the best of jaco!

Diana’s place was absolutely amazing. Pictures do not do it justice. The views were incredible in the morning with all the glass windows. Diana was the Most helpful host we have had, giving us extra blankets, binoculars for the kids, and beach chairs and toys. U will not regret this stay! Cant wait to come stay again.

We absolutely loved this airbnb!! The view was incredible and the access to the beach made it so simple to enjoy our time. It’s the perfect location close by to Jaco, Manuel Antonio, and rainmaker, while being in a less touristy/ less crowded area. The entire complex felt incredibly safe, including the beach. There’s many stores nearby for groceries as well! Carrie was also incredibly helpful before and during our stay! Any questions we had, she responded within the hour and truly made this trip even better! Highly recommend!

This place is unbelievable. It is top of the line. The photos don’t actually do it justice. The view from the deck is unbelievable. We saw monkeys, parrots and even a sloth the day we left. You have access to a concierge which we didn’t use at all. The location is great with access to stores and restaurants. The rooms were a bit loud with motorbikes on the street, but very easy to tune out. The apartment itself was always cool with a clean, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels to use as well as the washer and dryer were very nice. This place is pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. Loved every bit of it.

I only stayed one night this time but could have spent many more nights here. A very nice place close to everything! This place is inpecably clean and fresh- the apartment as well as area. Comfy beds! The staff was highly communicative before arrival and very welcoming. I appreciated being able to keep my luggage stored after check out. Again: highly service minded staff. Lovely! Norman’s place is amazing and he was very communicative and helpful! Would definitely recommend to go there and I would love to go back.

We stayed in the apartment for five days and enjoyed it. Everything was as described and we could also use the small pool in between. Carles is an attentive and friendly host. For long-term travelers, this is a good place for in between, as you can cater for yourself very well with the good equipment of the kitchen (even a blender for smoothies) for two people. The area around the apartment is quiet and with the pleasant air conditioning or fan you sleep very well. Long story short: Absolutely recommended for those who want to visit Uvita or the Marino Ballena National Park.

We appreciate the weekend stay at the Jaco Bay and Don Ricardo Condominium, as we felt at home, a very nice, safe, quiet, organized, accessible and central place. I recommend it for your holidays, we have no complaints.

Second time I stay and just remain in love, a beautiful place, tidy and very clean, very friendly staff and very attentive

The place was clean and very spacious. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen with the balcony very much. Every morning we could watch tucane from there. The contact persons Itza was very kind and always on the spot immediately. We enjoyed the time there very much and Michael was always easily accessible!

Excellent choice to enjoy the best beaches in the area. The apartment is spacious, has an excellent view and is in a convenient location to access the beaches and restaurants in the area. Highly recommended to buy the pass to enjoy the Punta Leona club.

Place was great! Ideal location and great view. Facilities in the community were perfect as well Romelia was also extremely responsive and great to deal with! Cant wait to go back! 10 out of 10!!!

Loved this space for our Costa Rica trip. Very conveniently located. I saw monkeys and a toucan right outside of the unit. The instructions were very clear on where to park and how to find the unit.

We enjoyed this condo very much, especially the proximity to the beautiful pool! Being on the first floor was perfect so we could easily go in and out. Sitting on the patio every morning drinking coffee and listening to the waves was wonderful. This was our first trip to Costa Rica and Jacó was a good location in terms of proximity to the airport and activities that we wanted to experience. I hope we can come back and visit this beautiful place again!

Today we bid farewell to that Beautiful place , a super equipped Condo, everything as it comes out in the photos , they helped me in everything I asked them, the place is BEAUTIFUL 😍 NATURE , SE BREATHING PEACE , we saw the white face monkeys, lapas and lazy bear we visit the two beaches Manta and white beach right there, the building is super close to the beach, it has many amenities. The beach club was also very relaxing and overlooking the sea, my family and I were delighted with the view of the balcony that has the nature that breathes , I recommend them to spend a family vacation, my family and I are sure that we will come back to ☺️😍😍😍Exelente 20/10 Punta Esmeralda I do not have a single complaint of nda nor the place nor Anfrition that I help us with everything . My family absolutely loved our time In Manuel Antonio and the stay at this Airbnb. The condo was as advertised and was very spacious and clean. However, the 3 balconies are what sets this Airbnb apart from others. The view is nothing less than spectacular. The different birds and wildlife we saw from the balcony are too numerous to list. The Shana resort was beautiful as well we enjoyed the restaurant, pools, and the short walk/hike down to Biesanz beach. Vanessa was also very helpful and booked several tours for us including day and night tours to the park, fishing, horseback riding, and a chocolate/coffee tour. Every tour was great and unlike similar tours in other destinations these tours were all better than advertised. In summary I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough. Costa Rica truly delivered for my family and left us all inspired. Can’t wait to return someday and experience more of this wonderful country.

We loved our stay at Susana's place. The accommodation is super beautiful with a splendid view of the beach. We had all the necessary facilities. Beautiful terrace for our meals. The site was quiet, with a beautiful large beach. We took some nice big steps. The water from the sea and the pools were warm and we enjoyed it very much. Finally Susana answered any questions we had. If you are without transportation the bus system is more or less reliable. It's hard to know what time the bus passes. However, there is a bus stop right in front of the site. Thanks for everything.

I was driving south and needed a place to stay last minute and Josep responded within 1 minute with my question which was great. We were traveling with two cars and there was no issue with parking. I think the listing says 1 car space available but there was room for two which was what we needed. Thank you.
