Holiday rentals with a patio in Biesanz Beach

Karina and her husband's are lovely people and they gifted one of the best coffee that I had in Costa Rica. The location is convenient and close to the bus station and other restaurants and stores. Going to Manuel Antonio Park is super easy from here. Disclairmer: Unrelated to the airbnb itself Quepos is not a safe town, being out after sunset poses great risk of being mugged, specially in the areas nearby.

The place was clean, in a great location, easy to find. I love when a host leaves a manual in the house and local recommendations. The two on-site employees were great and so sweet. Rafa was quick to assist with any questions we had about the location. The monkeys came to see us every morning on the patio. We loved hanging out in the hammock. It was so nice lying in bed, looking out onto the patio and the gorgeous view. The pool was great. Perfect for toddlers with a separate shallow 'hot tub' and shallow entry. We only saw one other couple there during our 3-day stay. Kent was able to arrange last-minute transportation for us. He is very responsive. Highly recommend Kent's place.

WOW! WOW! WOW! What an amazing experience! Everything at Leidy's place was exactly as the photos and description stated. Leidy was extremely helpful. When we needed an iron and hangers, she quickly provided these items and even brought some fresh, baked bread with jelly and butter!!! We unfortunately under booked by one night. Leidy saved the day! What an amazing host, place and country. We look forward to returning.

The place was great. Beds were very comfortable and lots of pillows. It was cool staying in a local neighborhood. Everyone was so friendly, including the squirrel monkeys that we saw daily.

I couldn’t be happier with this Airbnb!! My husband and I booked Brian & Karla’s Casita for a week to enjoy our honeymoon. I wish we’d booked it even longer. This place has a way of making you feel completely unplugged from society, all the while being as modern as it gets. Pictures don’t do it justice! The wrap around balcony was perfect for evening sunsets, and the inside of the Casita was a perfect place to relax after adventuring Costa Rica. The Casita is a short drive down the mountain to Dominical, which has tons of local restaurants - Brian’s recommendations were spot on! You are also super close to Nuayaca Waterfalls, Uvita, and Manuel Antonio! Brian is an amazing host and quickly responded whenever we had questions. Him and his wife even made us dinner one night. We highly recommend this airbnb and we would book at Brian’s 1000x over! Pura Vida

Perfect for a digital nomad. Stayed here for two weeks, half a block away from a supermarket with pretty much everything you might need (fresh meat and chicken, fresh vegetables, good selection of imported beer, imported sodas, and kombucha), 3 blocks away from the Main road (gym, restaurants, cafes, etc). The kitchen is stacked with pots and utensils, AC worked great and the washer/dryer combo was the cherry on top. Residential area, so very quiet at night.

Melvin is a great host - super friendly and helpful. He met us early to help us drop our bags off and always communicated quickly. The place is clean and comfortable with a kitchen we could cook in. The balcony was great - we sat outside in the evening and observed the sloth in the tree right outside. Highly recommend for a couple looking to stay in Manuel Antonio.

Nuestra visita a Casa Lily #2 fue genial. Lorena es la mejor, nos dio muchas recomendaciones y consejos útiles para explorar la área, parquear y comer por allí. La casita es preciosa y la ubicación es perfecta; está cerca del parque nacional y en un barrio muy tranquilo. ¡La recomendamos al 100%!

This place was perfect for us, two adults and two kids (12 and 9 yrs old). We had originally planned on staying at another place higher on the hill until we realized the road to get there was insanely steep and challenging to navigate, especially during the rainy season. Eric’s place was easy to get to, with a friendly security guard monitoring traffic into the neighborhood. The view was AMAZING, the beds were comfy and the pool was clean and refreshing. Great location for exploring other beaches and the towns of Dominical and Uvita and an easy 1.25 hr drive south to Sierpe for a mangrove boat tour (which was awesome) or to access Corcovado NP. Eric and Fabiola were wonderful and very helpful hosts. First-timer advice: if you’re renting a car, go with a smaller 4x4, we got a Hyundai Kona. Barely fits our luggage, but easy to navigate on narrow Costa Rican roads and small parking spaces.

After a fiasco with our original Airbnb, I messaged Nicholas and Gelena to see if we could check in as soon as possible. They messaged back within just a couple of minutes and said we could check in within the hour. The house was beautiful. We saw all kinds of birds from the pool; my favorite was the visits by the parrots every evening around 5pm. The location was perfect. 30 minutes to Quepos and 30 minutes to Uvita. The closest beach, playa Matapalo, has sloths in the trees every morning. We got some of the best pictures and videos there! If we ever come back to Costa Rica, this house would be our top choice!! If you’re thinking about booking, do it!! Just make sure you have a rental car with 4wd as you’ll need it to get up to the house.

La casa cacao est extraordinaire, une cabane de luxe au milieu de la jungle, accompagnée d'une piscine exceptionnelle, depuis laquelle on peut admirer les oiseaux et les singes. Soyez par contre conscients que, comme la maison est en pleine nature et en partie ouverte, les animaux et insectes peuvent y entrer librement. Ne soyez donc pas surpris de trouver une grenouille, une chauve-souris ou une blatte dans la maison.

Wir waren ein paar Tage bei Carlos in der Unterkunft und haben den Ausblick und das Ambiente sehr genossen. Wir haben uns sogar zu dem privaten Wasserfall getraut, der wirklich sehr schön ist. Carlos hat uns viele Tipps und Infos gegeben und war super freundlich. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Man darf nicht vergessen, dass es ein offenes Haus ist, mitten in der Natur, sodass der Wohnbereich eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit hat (zumindest in der Regenzeit).

We loved this place! Close to anything you’ll want to do in Quepos and Manuel Antonio, but still private. You have the whole house to yourself and a private gate. Felt very safe and private! Only noise was from nature (birds and other animals scurrying on the roof), and things falling out of the trees hit the roof occasionally. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, etc. Beds were comfy and bathroom was clean. Overall this place is great and we definitely recommend!

Beautiful views with lots of wildlife, close to everything you need in Manuel Antonio

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The property was clean & spacious. The community was safe, quiet & offered a unique experience to drive through local districts. The PM staff (OSA) went above & beyond, providing exceptional customer service from the moment we booked. They were warm, responsive, & prompt. We highly recommend utilizing their inclusive concierge services which allowed us to book domestic flights, rental car, spa services, excursions, etc! The one-stop-shop experience was an extra layer of relaxation that added tremendous value to our trip planning. Their local guidebook was also super neat! Amongst the endless great things we can state about this property, nothing beats the incredible, breathtaking views! The stunning backdrop created such a magical experience for us! The infinity pool & waterfall overlooking the jungle... absolutely incredible! Perfect setting for a romantic/relaxing getaway. We wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend this property to anyone!

El hospedaje excelente, me encantó su cercanía con la playa. Lugar tranquilo. Y con comercio cerca. Sin duda lo recomiendo. El anfitrión fue muy amable.

Diana’s place was absolutely amazing. Pictures do not do it justice. The views were incredible in the morning with all the glass windows. Diana was the Most helpful host we have had, giving us extra blankets, binoculars for the kids, and beach chairs and toys. U will not regret this stay! Cant wait to come stay again.

We absolutely loved this airbnb!! The view was incredible and the access to the beach made it so simple to enjoy our time. It’s the perfect location close by to Jaco, Manuel Antonio, and rainmaker, while being in a less touristy/ less crowded area. The entire complex felt incredibly safe, including the beach. There’s many stores nearby for groceries as well! Carrie was also incredibly helpful before and during our stay! Any questions we had, she responded within the hour and truly made this trip even better! Highly recommend!

We had such a great stay! We saw lots of cute monkeys right around the property — it was such a fun surprise and the highlight for the kids. They also loved the pool, which was clean and perfect for cooling off after exploring. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals, which made things super convenient. A great spot for families!

Bel emplacement calme et très sécuritaire. Portail d’entrée avec gardien très sympathique et qui fait des rondes de sécurité sur le site. Belle terrasse extérieure couverte qui permet d’en profiter même par moments de pluies. Vous pourrez entendre et observer des oiseaux. Sylvia nous à grandement aidé pour des réservations pour de bons restaurants et activités. Tout les équipements de bases pour la cuisines étaient disponibles, vous devez prévoir savon lessive, ziplock, papier aluminium et débarbouillettes. Endroit spacieux.

Merci William pour ce très bel appartement qui a répondu parfaitement à nos attentes. Le logement est propre, spacieux et la cuisine bien équipée. La petite terrasse est très agréable. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la piscine.
