Man hat die Möglichkeit direkt am See spazieren zu gehen oder im Wald ein bisschen frische Luft zu schnappen. Ein Spielplatz für die Kinder ist auch da. Unsere Lage ist ideal gelegen. Hier ticken die Uhren etwas langsamer: Unser liebevoll saniertes Fachwerkhaus liegt am Ortsrand von Sumte, umgeben von Wiesen, Feldern und der einzigartigen Landschaft der Elbtalaue. Freut euch auf Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse, entspannte Stunden in der Gartensauna und viel Platz für gemeinsame Zeit mit Familie oder Freunden. Die Elbe, der Sumter See und zahlreiche Radwege sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Wer mag, entdeckt die Elbtalaue bei einem Alpaka-Spaziergang unserer Nachbarin.

During your stay with us you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free period! Horses can be brought along, 1 hectare. coupling directly on the trailer. The bathroom area and sauna are 50 m from the main house.

The forest house is located in the middle of a natural forest property, with many special highlights, such as the barbecue and sauna hut.

The apartment is located on the edge of the old town in a quiet one-way street with little traffic, just a few minutes walk from the center on the sand. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are immediately accessible. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartment. No pets allowed.
