Holiday rentals with a patio in Biella

Ein sehr schönes und zweckmässig eingerichtetes Apartment. Die Aussicht ist exzellent und die Terrasse lädt zum verweilen und geniessen ein. Sarah ist eine sehr herzliche zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, welche uns auch verwöhnt hat. Die Kommunikation ist einwandfrei. Ein Ort, den wir bestens empfehlen können. Vielen Dank

Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in het appartement van Jasmin. Het was geen probleem dat we wat eerder aankwamen, in overleg met Jasmin konden we meteen inchecken. We hadden een paar vragen over huishoudelijke zaken en hier reageerde Jasmin telkens snel op. Het appartement is erg mooi en schoon. Een super ruim balkon, met prachtig uitzicht over het meer. Het balkon was ons favoriet. Een fijne ervaring dus!

Simply beautiful describes the apartment, the hosts the view and Stresa itself. We travelled from Australia around the top north of Italy & this was our favorite 10 out of 10 accommodation the apartment was spacious modern and lovely. Loved the hot tub after a long day. The hosts extremely friendly and helpful. The town of Stresa beautiful as well as the local food. Thank you so much for an absolute wonderful memory for our trip.

La casa è tenuta pulita e in ordine, ricca di accessori utili tanto a brevi soggiorni, quanto a periodi più lunghi. a pochi minuti dal centro e in una zona estremamente tranquilla. Particolarmente utile la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nello spazio interno. Segnalo in particolare la gentilezza e l'accoglienza dell'host, ha reso il mio brevissimo, ma intenso soggiorno familiare. Host consigliato

Appartement très bien situé et très propre. Les emplacements gratuits juste à côté sont parfaits. On est pas dans le brouhaha de Stresa mais pas loin non plus. L'emplacement est le juste milieu du pratique et du calme. Elena a été très serviable et les échanges étaient très courtois. Nous recommandons l'appartement.

Zuerst muss ich die Kommunikation mit Yvonne sehr positiv hervorheben. Auf Fragen sehr schnell geantwortet und immer hilfsbereit. Ausstattung an Geräten wie zu Hause, alles da. Geschirr , Besteck und Gläser mehr als ausreichend vorhanden . Was das Highlight ist , der grandiose Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore beim Frühstück oder ein Glas Wein am Abend. Zur Ufer Promenade nach Belgirate mit dem Auto sind es fünf Minuten.. Zu Fuß zum Ort sind es ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten. Zum hoch laufen sind es 20 bis 30 Minuten. Wer es etwas ruhiger haben möchte ist genau hier richtig. Immer wieder gerne. Grüssle Thomas

l'appartamento di Roberto ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre aspettative: cucina attrezzata di tutto ciò che occorre, camera da letto spaziosa, nel bagno una super doccia. Molto apprezzata anche l'accoglienza per la nostra cagnolina. Molto utile anche la zona esterna attrezzata con comode poltronine. Da ritornarci senz'altro.

La casa si trova a due passi dal centro di Biella e vicino a tanti percorsi di trekking, parchi e bellissimi borghi. Ha tutto il necessario per poter trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno a Biella. Erika e' un ottimo host sempre disponibile, gentile e molto rapida nel rispondere.

Мы остались очень довольны нашим прибыванием в доме Tiziana. Хозяйка встретила нас очень гостеприимно и всегда была отзывчива к нашим просьбам. Дом очень уютный, поражает каждая деталь, все продумано до мелочей. Удобные спальные места, все ванные принадлежности, включая халат и тапочки были в нашем расположении. Можно смело сказать, что завтрак включен в стоимость, поскольку помимо кофе и чая было много разных сладостей, йогурт и даже бутылка шампанского, которую мы с удовольствием открыли в новогоднюю ночь! Говорят, как встретишь Новый год, так его и проведешь. Мы встретили этот год в прекрасном месте!!! Спасибо большое Tizania!

la casa si trova immersa in un paesaggio incantevole, contornata dalle montagne e di fronte allo stagno di Lozon. La natura intorno è bellissima, perfetta per chi cerca pace, relax e passeggiate. Anche il nostro cane ha apprezzato. La casa è fornita di tutto e, se serve, si scalda bene e velocemente. Il signor Lucio ci ha accolto con cortesia e ci ha anche indicato un ottimo ristorante in zona. Grazie di tutto. Massimo e Francesca

נהנינו מאד לשהות בנכס של Anna Rita. הדירה מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך והמארחים מזמינים מאד ופינקו את המבוגרים ביין ומאפים מקומיים ואת הילדים במשקה. היה מענה זמין לכל בקשה ונוח מאד להגיע מהגירה לאתרים מסביב לאגם.

El alojamiento era de ensueño. Con vistas al lago , que estaba al pie de la casa. Te sentias como en casa, ya que tenia cualquier cosa que pudieras necesitar. Dos terrazas, dos baños, tres alturas. La mas alta con balcon y vistas al lago. No podriamos haber estado mejor. Preciosos muebles de madera de época, que guardaban su olor antiguo y seguro que su historia.

Ivana è stata molto disponibile nel rispondere alle nostre richieste e nel fornire tutto il necessario per un sereno soggiorno.anche il “kit” di accoglienza è stato veramente apprezzato. C’era veramente tutto!. Grazie mille Ivana

Casa é maior e melhor do que aparenta nas fotos, estava limpa e com boa roupa de cama e colchões . Kevin respondeu rápido e com eficiência , tem estacionamento próprio o que facilita a estadia . Recomendo !

Wir haben uns in der kleinen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Hat viele Stufen und der Aufgang ist eng, das muss man bedenken! Der Ort Lesa ist sehr gut zum entspannen. Zum schwimmen und SUP fahren perfekt! Viele tolle Restaurants in der Nähe oder auch Umgebung! Wer shoppen möchte und Trubel haben will muss nach Stresa oder Arona gehen/wobei uns Arona mehr gefallen hat! Wir haben immer unsere Fahrräder dabei und konnten somit viel erkunden! Our stay at Barbara’s apartment was exceptional. Best abnb we have stayed in. It was absolutely immaculate. It exceeded our expectations. Barbara’s attention to detail is what makes the apartment stand out. The view over the lake from the balcony is stunning. Barbara was a very attentive host , we had a problem with the car whilst we were there and Barbara’s help was invaluable. The apartment is perfect for a short term or longer stay like we enjoyed. We toured all of the lake , the proximity to the boat terminals is very convenient in Angera or Ranco. We enjoyed a day trip to Milan by train which was very straightforward. Thank you Barbara , we will definitely return .

La casa corrisponde alla descrizione. I bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo in piscina e sono stati 3 giorni all'insegna del relax. Abbiamo usufruito anche dell'idromassaggio. Teresa è super reattiva e proattiva. Ci ha permesso un checkin e un checkout in piena autonomia e con orari super flessibili.

Nous avons éte très satisfait de notre séjour à Stresa dans le logement de Mario.

Siamo stati ospiti per il ponte di Ferragosto, che dire... è stato rigenerante. Dopo un bagno in piscina, cenare sul terrazzo è stato meraviglioso. Alberta e Beppe sono fantastici padroni di casa. Consigliatissimo!

Betty è un'ottima padrona di casa: gentile e disponibile, propone un appartamento pulito e curato, vicinissimo al Castello di Issogne. Il plus è dato dal terrazzino attrezzato con trampolino elastico e altri giochi: perfetto per chi viaggia con un bambino.

Non è stata una vacanza di piacere ma una necessità di essere vicino all’ospedale. Quello che a me interessava era un posto tranquillo, vicino al centro e pulito e lì l’ho trovato.

Le logement d'Adriano a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes : calme, spacieux, très propre, très bien équipé pour déjeuner ou diner sur place à l'intérieur ou sur la terrasse et doté d'un stationnement sécurisé. Trouver du café et de l'eau fraiche quand on arrive à 22h30 est très attentionné. Il est situé dans un environnement très agréable loin des routes et tout proches de belles promenades ou randonnées dans une nature préservée. Adriano et son épouse très discrets ne sont jamais bien loin et répondent toujours naturellement avec gentillesse à de petits services. Nul doute que nous reviendrons si d'aventures l'occasion se représentait.
