Burg Gemünden is a former 13th-century castle that was converted for residential purposes during the Baroque period. The manor house offers 6 spacious bedrooms with space for up to 6 families and groups of up to 12 adults. It can accommodate 20 people in 5 double beds with good mattresses. The building also offers spacious common areas. 1 large living and dining room with an open fireplace. 1 small lounge. 1 large kitchen, library, 1 sauna, 1 hot tub (additional €150 to use).

Our cozy furnished apartment with views of the beautiful Edertal is located directly on the Ederauen bike path. Our farm is located on the edge of the small village of Berghausen in the Wittgensteiner Land. The nearby Rothaarsteig offers great hiking opportunities. In Winterberg, 20 km away, you will find sports and leisure activities in summer and winter. The apartment has a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. A travel crib is available for toddlers.

The over 700 year old castle Haus Bamenohl is hidden behind old trees in the middle of an idyllic park in the heart of the Sauerland hills. As guest of the Vicounts of Plettenberg, who have been living here since 1433, you can relax for some quiet days alone, spend a romantic weekend for two at the fireplace or take a family outing. Whether it's hiking in the wonderful nature, cycling, sailing, golfing, skiing - Bamenohl is worth a visit.

Our 120 sqm apartment is located in a 4500 sqm garden, surrounded by nature, between Burgwald and Kellerwald. The garden was laid out by a landscape gardener 30 years ago. Here you can find peace and relaxation or make beautiful trips to Marburg or the nearby Edersee from here. The lake offers a variety of business opportunities. You can also start tours with our bicycles or hike and relax in our sauna in the evening.

In the idyllic village Königshagen you will find our beautifully restored half-timbered farmhouse. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

The apartment is surrounded by greenery, has a very large garden with a beautiful terrace, from which you have a view of Marburg Castle. The Behring works are a 15-minute walk. The house is listed both inside and outside and the apartment has four rooms. The kitchen is freshly renovated. There are three bedrooms and a living room with access to the terrace. The apartment is on the raised ground floor.

Mahrt-Funk Vacation Rental

In the city bus area of Marburg (4.8 km) is the 86 sqm apartment in a historic half-timbered house. Two bedrooms with five beds (three single beds, one double bed) are available. There is also a spacious living room with sofa bed, kitchen and a bathroom. In front of the entrance area there is the possibility to sit outdoors. A car can be parked in the in-house courtyard area.

1846 Loft

Vacation on the farm! You will stay in a wonderfully open and spacious loft that used to be the hayloft above the horse stable. On the lower floor of the building is our small farm café, which is only open on weekends. From there, a staircase leads to the loft. The living level is about 65 square meters, an open sleeping level can be reached via another staircase!

Our House .....

Our house in the middle of the street...is now a host! Our beautiful apartment on the first floor has a large kitchen where you can cook, eat and sit nicely with fun. The bedroom in the quieter part of the house offers a wonderful view of the Biedenköpfer forest. A nice reading corner and a comfortable sofa in the living room are the space for relaxing moments.
