Ideally located, you will be 30 minutes from the Coast – 25 minutes from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port – 20 minutes from the Spanish border – 5 minutes from Cambo (thermal spa), at the foot of the Ursuia and Baigura, whose trails you can explore on foot or by mountain bike. Renovated and fully equipped cottage located in the village of IRISSARRY, in the heart of the Basque Country: 15 minutes from Saint Jean Pied de Port, 35 minutes from Bayonne, 45 minutes from the first beaches, 20 minutes from the Spanish border, close to several hiking trails in the surrounding mountains. The cottage is adjoining the owner's house on a working farm (Aquitaine Blonde beef cattle). Totally independent, it has its own garage and outdoor terrace.

The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.
