The annexe is fully self-contained with driveway parking,its own front door and lockbox for easy check-in.

The ground floor features a sofa bed (additional fee for using sofa bed £15 per night) , TV and lounge area with a small dining table plus kitchenette. Country walks are on the doorstep and it is an easy 20/25-minute​ stroll into town, passing Theatre Severn and many bars and restaurants.

Lovely detached bungalow hidden in a quiet cul-de-sac at the back of the Reabrook Estate next to, and overlooking, the Rea Brook Valley Country Park and Local Nature Reserve which runs through Shrewsbury. Less than 30 mins walk or 5 mins drive to the centre of Shrewsbury and Quarry Park (with a regular bus to the town) but also with easy access to the Shropshire countryside, Attingham Park, Ironbridge Gorge and many other wonderful places of interest.
