We had a great time at Francesca's place. Everything was perfect: the location (near a vaporetto stop), the calm of the neighborhood, the accommodation with its two bedrooms and two bathrooms and many windows that make the apartment very bright. The bedding was great too. I would definitely recommend this listing if you're looking for a quiet place. Great for families.

The place was very awesome if you want to have a feel of Venice and also lido. It’s proximities to Centre and access to public transportation makes it very good. I will highly recommend this apartment for families or group of friends.

The accommodation is a true gem! The location, with its view of St. Mark's Square, nestled in the narrow alleys, is simply a dream. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures; very chic, with vintage furniture. The terrace is inviting. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped. Communication with the concierge service was extremely pleasant, proactive, and very accommodating. We would return in a heartbeat if we ever came back to Venice.

We were so sad we had to leave. it was absolutely perfect in every way! exactly how it was described and appeared. no surprises and even her sweet neighbor next door greeted us each time we used the stairs. his sweet little kitty Primo greeted us too! we would love to stay much longer next time!!! thank you for the love and hospitality you put into your darling place, Sandrine!!! you were such a wonderful host!!!

We had a lovely stay at Donata's place. It is so clean and comfortable, in a great location. The balcony was a great place to soak up the sunshine. I wish all air bnb places were this nice! Donata was very friendly and helpful.

Marco was an absolute super host. He kept us informed with loads of information, suggestions and advice. The place was an absolute gem, peaceful and within driving distance of all required amenities. Clean, tidy and everything one needed. More than enough space for a family of four. He provided us with bicycles to drive around town and always responded within minutes of our inquiries. We highly suggest staying with Marco and public transportation to Venice from his house is perfect. Looking forward to our next stay with Marco

We had a great stay at cozy house, the location was perfect for us as it’s right between the Giardini and Arsenale for the biennale. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the house and return later at check in which was so helpful. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. There were also some coffee pods and breakfast snacks for the first day. Each room also had an AC unit! The living area is slightly darker than we anticipated and unfortunately there was no tv but this was communicated to us prior and we were out exploring most of the time. Responsive hosts.

We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful environment that was near the water taxi stop and walkable to all of the key, city attractions with multiple choices to eat. The property was exactly what we needed for a few days in the city and the descriptions were accurate. Bed was comfortable and the space was perfect for the 3 of us. We highly recommend to stay here as it was an enjoyable experience.

Nicola is the best! He owns a great bakery down below - he makes the best focaccia. Super communicative and helpful. Location is superb too, get a good taste of the local life outside of the Venice city center.

Even though my family arrived at the accommodation later than expected due to motion sickness while traveling by car, the house facilities were kindly with a warm smile. Thank you so much for your thorough explanation. You prepared a sensible home interior, a clean accommodation, and simple food for guests sensibly. I was so grateful. I've never seen a place where kitchen utensils are so clean. and I also went to Venice comfortably by the bus you guided me to. Thanks to you, I rested well and I think it will be a pleasant memory. Great place! Used it as a rest stop between coming down from the Dolomites and visiting Venice/Caorle while traveling by car. The apartment is spacious and has everything you’d likely need during a trip. You’ll need to take a short 5-minute drive to Ceggia for dinner, but that shouldn’t be a problem if you have a car. Aniello is a great host — friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend the place!

Andrea was a great host and his apartment was perfect for our stay in Venice. The apartment was very nice and had everything you need. It was also a short walk to all of the sites you would want to visit and there were a lot of good restaurants close too. This was a very pleasant stay the hosts were very responsive and accommodating and I feel that for the price and location it is well worth.

This place is truly a gem! Fantastic restaurant just below, very well appointed with everything you could need. Irene was immediately responsive when we had a question. It is on the 4th floor, so the elevator was important. Perched with a small canal on one side and a Main Street on the other, the shutters helped block out much of the street sounds, and it’s fine considering you are smack in the middle of the best landmarks.

Very comfortable apartment, very well equipped and very well located. Easy exchanges with Monica. I recommend it.

Great amenities in the heart of Venezia!

We just had the most enjoyable stay at Andrea apartment in Venice! His apartment is located very conveniently close to water bus stop near Rialto bridge, with just few minutes away from St.Marco plaza, with lots of shopping, dining and cultural options nearby yet it is very quiet. The apartment is great, it felt like five star hotel the moment we stepped in, everything was top notch and Andrea even had stocked the fridge with welcome bottle of Prosecco to put an icing on the cake! The beds are super comfortable and small balcony was a highlights to chill on sunny afternoon or enjoy morning coffee on. Apartment is huge with 2 bedrooms and sleeping sofa in the living room so would fit bigger family easily. Andrea has been the most wonderful host and made sure we felt right at home. I highly recommend the place and Andrea, thank you much for such a wonderful stay in majestic Venice!
