This fabulous palace apartment is located in a great central location within a 15 minute walk of anywhere you want to visit in Venice. It is also steps away from the public water bus and gondola crossing the Grand Canal. The view of the Grand Canal right out the window is spectacular, and the apartment is beautifully appointed. The building also has an elevator, which is rare for Venice.The host was very responsive and was wonderful to set up a water taxi for our arrival. The apartment is very spacious and the decor makes you feel like you are a special guest of Venetian royalty. It has ample space for entertaining friends or having a nice meal under the gorgeous Murano chandelier. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Venice that wants a touch of luxury in a perfect location.

Excellent communication with the host. Chiara provided lots of recommendations on what to do and where to eat without me asking. Shout out also to Julia who helped us during checkin and checkout and called me immediately to let me know that I have left my shoulder bag with some valuables!

We liked Laurence's accommodation very much. It is very tasteful, high-quality and simply designed and offers everything for a comfortable stay in Venice. The location is particularly convenient for visiting the Biennale, and at the same time it is easy to reach by boat and San Marco is also within walking distance. Laurence provided us with all the necessary information early on and she was always easy to reach. We enjoyed the stay very much and can only recommend it.

We had a great stay in this apartment in Venice. The accommodation is very clean, perfectly located, and really well equipped, it has all the necessary amenities, including a washer and dryer, which is very convenient. The bus stop to get to Venice is a minute's walk away, which makes getting around a lot easier. The host was always available, very kind and extremely flexible, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Venice in the best conditions!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Laura's apartment. Everything was so clean and organized, and still felt like home. Laura's instructions were super clear and she met us at the designated spot within a minute. We would highly recommend staying here and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we ever return to Venice.

First of all Roberta is a Superhost in all departments! From great communication to meeting us at the water bus to take us to the apartment all our dealings with Roberta were first class. The apartment is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. It is in a great location between the Rialto bridge and St Marks square and is very quiet. We were thinking of getting a vaperetto pass but Roberta said she always walked everywhere without any problem so we did the same and really glad we did it as we saw so much - not just the main attractions. This apartment is great so don't hesitate to book it.

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

If you are even thinking about Lorenzo’s place, do not hesitate! His home is so beautiful and quaint. He has everything you need. He made us feel at home and was very helpful with ideas of places to eat, grocery stores and places to see. There were three of us ladies traveling from the US and he made us feel safe and secure. He responds very quickly to messages and we had no issues at all with his place. His home is very neat and clean. We felt safe walking throughout the neighborhood. If my travels ever take me back to Venice, I will definitely stay at Lorenzo’s place! The tram and bus stops are within walking distance from his home. The airport is about 15 minutes drive away and Venice Mestre, the train station is about a 10 minutes drive away. You will not regret staying at Lorenzo’s place. I would rate him higher is they had more than 5 stars!! He is definitely a “Super” super host!!

Our stay at Beatrice’s place was fantastic. The apartment was well-kept, cozy, and ideally located. Beatrice was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Venice was stunning, and having such a comfortable place to return to each day made the experience even better. Would absolutely recommend!

My family really enjoyed this apartment. It is spacious and very clean. Alessandro was super helpful, especially at check in when we were all tired and jet-lagged. The apartment has everything we needed for a baby. The breakfast necessities are a nice touch that was really helpful that first morning. The bus to Venice is very close and convenient.

We were in the area for a wedding. Marta and Aniello's accommodation is superbly located, very clean, well equipped (iron, hair dryer), and we were also allowed to relax in the large garden. Marta always responded quickly and was always easy to reach for any questions. Clear recommendation!

The flat was amazing, located on a quiet street but with quick access to many restaurants and attractions. The location couldn’t have been better. Authentic and exquisite. Every room featured stunning Murano glass chandeliers. The space was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed with great amenities. Located in a quiet, peaceful area, it offered a perfect retreat. The host went above and beyond—graciously guiding us when we had trouble finding the location and helping us navigate the water taxis. Monica’s place was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at in a long while. The apartment was cozy, comfortable, spotless and had absolutely everything needed for a perfect stay. Monica was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. She left us a lovely welcome gift and plenty of snacks and beverages. Loved having both washer and dryer in the apartment as well. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the freeway, and grocery making it simple to get around. We had an unforgettable week in this stunning 2-bedroom apartment just steps from the iconic Rialto Bridge. The location could not have been better — right in the heart of Venice, with easy access to everything from charming local cafes and restaurants to vaporetto stops and hidden alleyways waiting to be explored. The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer was a big plus for our longer stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. We can't recommend this place enough — it was the perfect base for our Venetian adventure. We’re already dreaming about our next visit!

Silvia was a wonderful host, she came to pick us up at water boat station and explained us everything, gave good recommendations… The house is in a very convenient and quiet location and with very comfortable beds, nice kitchen and bathrooms 👌… We were there for 2 days, took one day ( vaporatto ) water transport pass, went to Murano and roamed in Venice in vaporatto and on foot ( especially in the evenings ) and loved Venice… Ciao, Sachin

We really enjoyed staying at Susana and Ivan's. They were very kind and responsive. Regarding the apartment - a very good location - 3 minutes to the park, 10 minutes walk to the old town, there is a cafe nearby that works from 7-00 in the morning. The apartment is clean and fully matches the description. Nearby is a large park where there is always shade and you can walk with your dog. We recommend it!

Silvia was the most helpful and responsive host I've ever had, and I've stayed at many Airbnb places. Her apartment was absolutely pristine - you could literally eat your dinner off the floor! - and so bright and airy. There was plenty of room, and lots of closet and storage space. The views were wonderful, and there was such a sense of spaciousness and light, which can be hard to find in Venice. AC was included and was very effective. Silvia sent us lots of recommendations for secret, untouristy spots known only to locals, which were all brilliant, and she was so quick to respond and so keen to go out of her way to help. The only tiny drawback is that there is no elevator and six flights of stairs, but it was the perfect excuse to work off that pasta! The Canareggio area of Venice is the least touristy and yet so close to everything - this really was the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend!
