Monthly Rentals in Biañez

It was my dad and his friend who stayed in Monika's home and their experience was great especially communication with Monika and overall hospitality. One of the days Monika even brought some home made meal for my dad after a day of sightseeing. In addition, Monika was always fast to respond and provide as many details as it was necessary and possible. When it comes to location of the house, it is good for visiting many interesting and beautiful places and it is just an hour driving to the airport of Bilbao which makes it a relaxed trip. My dad enjoyed his time in Monika's place a lot and he definitely can recommend it to everyone. So when I go to this part of Spain, I will stay in Monika's place too :)

We spent a few fantastic family days, Naia was always attentive and made our stay something to remember. The house and especially the pool and the txoko make the house an ideal place to spend a few days. It has an ideal location for a lot of activities, hiking, beach... A place worth visiting. Many thanks to Naia and her husband for their attention.

Totally recommended. The hosts have thought of absolutely everything so that we are as comfortable as possible. The apartment is located in a perfect area to get to know castro Urdiales and get infected from the environment of the place (and yes, there is a lot of atmosphere and therefore a lot of noise in the street where the apartment is) for us that was not a problem, but if you have light sleep, bring caps. In short, a bit.

We spent a few days in Susana's apartment and we were very pleased. The accommodation has all the comforts to travel as a family and with children. The overheating on cold days. The surroundings are beautiful and there are many options to do in nearby areas ( beaches, caves, routes, green areas for children, rio)z All the amenities you need in nearby areas. Highly recommended to spend a few days in contact with nature and visit Cantabria. We'll be back for sure!
