Unforgettable Stay: Highly Recommended. Staying at Aayushi's Property was truly an incredible experience. Reaching the location was a task though but it is truly worth it. The views are amazing, Himalayas view. Weather was updated by Aayushi to have a smooth travel experience and be prepared for the extreme weather. Location provided was very precise and accurate. In house experience was very comfy, we availed projector add on service. All the OTT platforms were logged in already giving. Everything was aesthetically enhanced in the property (cutlery, cushions, interiors). Heaters, hot water service was also good. Caretaker Gopal bhaiya is a very gentle & helpful man, available whenever you call him. There is a very good cafe "Cafe De" not too far from the property. We are pretty much happy with the stay and recommend this stay if you are looking for a peaceful time with friends/family with an incredible Himalayan range view. Thanks for hosting :)

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Sanjwat. The beauty of Sanjwat is truly beyond words. The photos you see online simply don't do justice to the place. It's surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, fruit orchards and every corner of the property is thoughtfully designed. The interiors are tastefully done, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Nestled amidst the tranquil hills of Bhimtal, the property offers a sense of calm that's hard to find elsewhere. The lush garden adds to the charm, and there's ample open space for the kids to run around and play freely. Overall, our stay at Sanjwat was nothing short of magical. It's a hidden gem in Bhimtal, and we highly recommend it to families seeking a cosy, serene, and peaceful getaway. Sanjwat truly is a slice of paradise. Our stay at this villa was exceptional. It offered a perfect blend of nature and modern comfort. The villa was spacious, well-maintained, and had three master bedrooms with private balconies offering stunning valley views. The rooms were well-equipped, but the beds could have been larger. The living room featured cozy sofas, a 43-inch smart TV, a JBL speaker, and board games. The air-conditioned dining area comfortably seated six guests. Meals were available via an à la carte menu, as kitchen access wasn’t permitted. Outdoor activities like paragliding, boating, and bird watching added to the experience. Nearby attractions such as Kainchi Dham, Golu Devta, and Naini Lake were easily accessible. The villa’s peaceful location made it a perfect retreat. The only downside was the lack of a washing machine. However, overall, this villa provided a five-star experience with stunning views and top-notch hospitality. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

Hidden Gem in Muktheshar region. Amazing view of Nanda Devi range from all rooms. Warm hospitality of host with great Kumaoni cuisine worth mentioning in my note. Walk up to the villa in through apple orchard one can smell nature. Truly amazing.

A beautifully designed, comfortable, and tastefully crafted property. Vijay and Rohit were warm and welcoming hosts, while the support staff, Panni Ram, was polite and attentive. The property is spacious, offers a serene view, and is complemented by exceptional hospitality from both the hosts and the staff.

Our family had an absolutely fantastic getaway at The Sparrows Nest Villa! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beautiful decor – it felt really chic yet welcoming. We especially loved the fun private pool; it was so much fun splashing around and having our own private space to swim. A big thank you to Prem, the caretaker, who was always ready to help with a smile and made our stay even more comfortable. But perhaps the highlight was the stunning view from the balcony. We could see the entire valley and even the lights of Haldwani city in the distance – it was the perfect spot to relax and soak it all in. We left feeling refreshed and with wonderful memories. Amazing place top class view of lake and mountains clean, property with god fragrance all around , lovely planters ,perfect interior, spacious all around and also proper vehicle parking space .. most importantly :::Raju Negi (chef)👍🏻 prepares tasty food … amazing very nice guy , god listener for ur personal choices of taste and food.. serves heavy quantity.. The place is absolutely mind blowing. Only problem is getting option of food, however the care taker is extremely helpful and he keep the property super clean.

Great place and views were magnificent and hospitality was spot on. The cook was excellent and caretakers were very nice. Will definitely visit again.
