Holiday rentals with a patio in Bezirgan

Wonderful! The beautiful view you see in the photos is absolutely true. The apartment is attractive, clean, and peaceful, with a comfortable bed, good shower, well stocked kitchen, and the washer works great. It's a short walk to a good grocery store, lots of restaurants, etc. On top of all that, the thoughtful, friendly host, Hafize, is amazing. She brought us Turkish dishes to try (delicious!), and she responded right away when we had a question. Overall she made us feel very welcome not only in her lovely apartment but in the charming town of Kalkan. My husband and I travel a lot and have stayed in a lot of AirBnBs, and this one is something very special.

Kendinizi evinizde hissedeceksiniz. Ayça hanım son derece dost canlısı ve yardımsever. Evde her şey zaten düşünülmüş. Hiçbir eksiklik hissetmiyorsunuz

Harika manzarası olan, tüm ihtiyaçların düşünüldüğü çok güzel bir evdi. Bu güzel manzara eşliğinde kendi kahvaltımızı ve akşam yemeklerimizi keyifle hazırladık, her anın tadını çıkardık. Kalkan merkeze oldukça yakın oluşu da büyük avantajdı. Yasemin Hanım’ın önerdiği restorandan da çok memnun kaldık. Kısacası, kendimizi evimizde hissettiğimiz huzurlu ve keyifli bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Çok teşekkür ederiz!

Öncelikle Melek Hanım’a çok hızlı iletişimi için teşekkür ediyorum. 2 aile olarak misafir olduk. Bizleri anne ve babası karşıladı ve gerçekten kendimizi evimizde hissettik :) özellikle küçük çocuklarımız için rahat hareket edecekleri geniş bir ortam vardı gerek evin içinde gerekse evin bahçesinde. Özetle temizliği düzeni her şey çok iyiydi, emeklerinize sağlık çok teşekkür ediyoruz :)

Great place to stay. Spacious appartment for two, quietly attached to the bigger villa, separate everything. Location is a killer - away for the crowd. Beautifully furnished, fresh and modern. Appliances are top notch. No problems at all. Very satisfying experience.

İlk önce Deniz Bey, Şükrü Bey ve eşine ilgileri için çok teşekkür ederim, her konuda yardımcı oldular, bizi çok sıcak bir şekilde ağırladılar. Ev harikaydı. Geniş ve ferahtı. Temizlik kusursuzdu. Kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. Işıl ışıldı. Ev o kadar güzeldi ki içinden çıkmak istemedik :) Hem evin içinde hem de bahçede havuz bulunuyor. Günümüzün çoğunu bahçe ve havuzda geçirdik. Havuzdan çıkıp jakuzi keyfi yapmak isterseniz o da mevcut :) Genelde gittiğimiz yerlerde evde kalmayız; etrafı, yakın yerleri keşfederiz. Bu sefer çok fazla keşfe çıkmadık çünkü evi bırakmak istemedik. Mobilyalar, beyaz eşyalar, mutfak eşyaları, bahçe mobilyaları, yatak yorgan hepsi temiz, yeni ve kaliteliydi. Yeteri kadar dolap çekmece vardı. Bahçede mangal yapabileceğiniz barbekü, havuzdan çıkınca yıkanabileceğiniz duş, ufak bir musluk, ışıklandırma vs her ayrıntı düşünülmüş. Otopark mevcut, kapı kumanda yada telefon ile açılabiliyor. Rahat rahat girip çıkabiliyorsunuz. Her şey çok güzeldi.

Sessiz sakin güzel bir yerdi, kafa dinlemek için ideal. Evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey var.

Her şey çok temiz ve düzenliydl. Mekan ve çevre ile ilgili tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılayabildik. Belirtildiği gibi her yere çok yakındı. Yola yakın olması, ses olması bizi çok rahatsız etmedi. Sadece havuz beklenenden daha küçüktü.

Deborah ve Önder Bey çok ilgili tatlı insanlardı. Her konuda yardımcı oldular, eksiklerimizi sordular ve çözüm buldular. Kalkanın en tatlı evlerinden biriydi. İhtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu. Bir daha ki sene tekrar geleceğiz. Her şey için teşekkürler. 🤍

Amazing place, matched the photos, private location, we had a rental car and were able to drive to local places for food…there is also a supermarket a few minutes away which is convenient. The place itself was amazing with scenic views and an amazing private pool and garden area. Sedat the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, I would highly recommend if you are staying around Saribelen area which is close to Kas and other worth visiting areas. I stayed with my wife and would stay again if I visited in the near future. Thanks :)

Liebe Sehri, Vielen Dank für die schön Unterkunft. Es war alles wie erwartet: abgelegen, ruhig, mitten in der Natur, die Berge und das Meer als Aussicht in Kombination war perfekt. Pool war ausreichend und sauber, sind stundenlang geschwommen. Ganz in der Nähe waren 2-3 Reaturants, geführ von Einheimischen: lecker und authentisch. In der nähe befindet sich aus Ölüdeniz und Kabak Bucht. Also im Gamzen eine perfekte Lage für meinen Urlaub. Ich werde es weiterempfehlen😊

Mein Mann und ich hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Villa mit atemberaubendem Meerblick. Die Unterkunft ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, super gepflegt und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht – besonders der private Pool mit Blick auf das Meer war ein echtes Highlight. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Arif war von Anfang an hervorragend. Er war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich rundum gut betreut. Ein wichtiger Hinweis: Der Weg zur Villa ist recht steinig und abgelegen – man braucht unbedingt ein Auto, idealerweise mit etwas Bodenfreiheit. Aber genau das sorgt auch für die absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre, die wir so genossen haben. Wer eine besondere Unterkunft abseits vom Trubel sucht, in der man Sonne, Ruhe und Aussicht genießen kann, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely apartment in a quiet location walkable to old town, harbour and beach clubs. Apartment was very well equipped with great air con and good WiFi. There’s was also easy in street parking directly outside the resort for our hire car. The pool was bigger than it looked on the pictures and a great spot to cool off. Kalkan is lovely. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely return.

Wow! We are just at the end of a 10 night stay at Bijou Home. It is better than described in a quiet location just 2 streets up from the main part of Kalkan. Two streets up is a small bar called Keske, two streets down, the fabulous Rose Restaurant. Just across from Migros Jet and up to Kalamar Road, make sure you go to Mabeyn; Oz Adana on the main roundabout is superb! Spotlessly clean, superbly appointed and thoughtfully equipped. Huge wardrobes in both bedrooms; a lovely make up dressing table with good lighting and a hairdryer in the master bedroom. Every conceivable item you could wish for - a welcome pack of bread, ham, milk and water - needed after a long day and transfer!The pool is clean and deep; we were the only ones who used it. John and Nisa were fabulous, responsive hosts and very, very helpful. Thank you for trusting us with your beautifully curated home in glorious Kalkan. We highly recommend this apartment. If you come across a tiny kitten, I names her Raffa x

Şakir war ein super Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war in einem super Zustand mit 5 Pools, so dass man immer entscheiden konnte wo man schwimmen will. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet man hatte alles was man zum leben braucht wie z.B ein Bügeleisen oder andere Alltagsdinge und die Wohnung war sehr zentral zum Stadtzentrum. Şakir hat uns weiterhin viele Lebensmittel zur Verfügung gestellt was vorher nicht abgesprochen war. Das Meer war ebenfalls sehr nah an der Wohnung und man war in ca. 5 Minuten da. Alles im allem super Zeit gehabt.

Thanks to Anders for this amazing apartment. I was for a week and it is the best flat which you can find for one or a couple in Kalkan if you looking for the peace, quiet and complete privacy. A wonderful apartment at the quiet Kalkan region - Kisla, which is located on the first floor of a 3-story building. On the 2 and 3 floors there were no one at home, so it was absolutely quiet for all my vacation. There is a blooming garden, sun loungers, bbq, table with chers and a swimming pool. The pool is only a 1,5 deep, but it’s 100% enough to cool down on a hot day. it is really magical how it is good. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large bed and a bed for children. I think this apartment would be great for 1, 2 or a couple with children. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need. The owners put a huge Welcome Pack. You can easily get from the apartment to the Patara or Kaputas beach It was a wonderful holiday and I will definitely come back again!

Rosie's place has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Not far from Kalkan marina and town, restaurants and supermarket close by if you don't have a car to adventure yourself further, great swimming pool ,each apartment having their own allocated sun beds. a bit hilly on the way up to the apartment from town ( unless you are extremely fit , it can be challenging to walk up the hill under extreme heat) but plenty of taxis which charges you around 150 turkish lira. In few words, Rosie is a great host and her place can offer you a perfect base for an enjoyable holiday. Thank you very much for your hospitality and recommendations Rosie!
