Joyce is an amazing host! She is on top of everything and really knows her stuff!! European Village has a resort atmosphere with live music in the courtyard every weekend and a thriving farmer's market on Sundays. Lots of restaurant options onsite or nearby and the beach is just minutes away. I have had a very nice experience here!

Our stay at the Palm Coast Guest House was absolutely picture perfect. The space was bright, spacious, and clean — with a cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen, and a huge, comfortable bed. The walk-in shower was lovely and stocked with plenty of fresh linens, which we really appreciated after our long days out. We drove in from out of state and were so grateful to be able to check in early. Erin and David were incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better — close to Flagler Beach, great restaurants, and awesome mountain biking trails like MalaCompra and Graham Swamp. Even though we didn’t have time to use the pool, knowing it was available was a great added bonus. The guest house was clean, welcoming, and comfortable, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house! Everything was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully prepared. The house is cozy and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the ocean that made every moment special. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available for anything we needed. We truly felt at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and unforgettable getaway by the sea!

Absolutely loved the place, very relaxing an so peaceful. Waking up to the sound of the ocean in the backyard was the best!!! Barbra was very respectful an responded with any issues or problems we had (which we didn’t) Home was very clean when we arrived. Giving Barbra an he property 20 outta 10. Definitely worth it an would recommend to others. We will be back!!!!
