We are delighted to invite you to our ancient, and completely renovated, "Il Gallo" (the rooster) Bed and Breakfast in the Tuscan hillside above the walled Roman town of Lucca. After a 15 minute drive up from Lucca you will find yourselves surrounded by olive groves with stunning views out over the mountainsides and valleys. Your room After leaving your car in the shade of the olive trees, after just a few steps you will be at the private entrance to your romantic bedroom with lovely views from every window - even from the shower! There is an en-suite bathroom complete with toiletteries and hairdryer. There is a small pantry with a fridge, microwave, kettle and necessities to prepare a picknick and/or aperitivo to be enjoyed on your terrace. Ceiling fan for hot summer nights!

We renovated the family home where we moved to live to make it comfortable, we tried to keep the original architecture as much as possible, adding eco-sustainable comforts and using ecological materials where possible, in harmony with our way of seeing and living. You will live in our home, but your privacy is guaranteed.

The villa is located in a hilly area in a strategic position, a stone's throw from the Cinque Terre and places of cultural and natural interest in the wonderful Gulf of Poets.
