Very nicely equipped and located facing south, it is bathed in sunlight with the possibility of lunch on the terrace when the weather is nice, including in winter. On the 3rd floor with elevator and mountain views. Parking is available for free in front of or near the building (unreserved spaces). Bay windows with double glazing and electric blinds.
