Garn View is the perfect base for walking the stunning trails of Snowdonia, exploring North and West Wales and at the beginning of the Rhyd Ddu path you couldn't be better positioned to walk Snowdon. If you're just looking to relax, it's perfect for couples who want to enjoy the stunning views of Y Garn and the tranquility of Rhyd Ddu with it's tea shop and local pub serving great food, within walking distance.

Our gorgeous little hidden gem is nestled amongst and surrounded by mountains, with Mount Snowdon standing prominent in the backdrop, we’ve even a private field for your doggy to run around in! We’re Ideally placed close to Caernarfon, Criccieth, Porthmadog all being a short drive away, there’s lots of walks, cycling, exploring Snowdonia itself along with the beautiful surrounding Coastal areas, only minutes away.. Come, Relax and Enjoy the Beauty of nature!

Gwêl y Sêr (See the stars)

Nestled between the mountains and the sea is Gwêl y Sêr (see the stars). A beautiful cabin where you can switch off and listen to the sounds of nature. On dark nights in winter the milky way can be seen from outside, hence the name. The cabin is located in a central spot in North Wales, we are 2 miles from the closest beach and 1 mile from the mountains. We are also in a central location for access to both zipworlds, as well as close distance to Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon)

No need to use the car, walks and wild swims straight from front door! Spectacular Mountain views from every window front and back! Our cottage is perfect for exploring Snowdonia. Equipped with all the mod cons. It's also got a wood burner to keep things snugly on winter evenings. Games & smart tv for Netflix. With stunning views of Snowdon the cottage has the Rhyd Ddu path, the Welsh Highland steam railway, Y Garn & Nantlle ridge on its doorstep. The cottage was refurbished in 2017 to a high standard. There are 2 wood burners, fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine & microwave. Excellent WIFI, Sky Q, walking guide books. Included is an initial supply of kindling, paper and logs. The Cwellyn Arms pub is just a few steps away.

Going up Yr Wyddfa or Snowdon is an absolute must, but we are also close to some of the best beaches in the UK and three Zip World locations. We have plenty of room for your friends and family to relax and have a large kitchen with magnificent mountain views. The local pub and the Welsh Highland Railway are only a short walk away… And for any House of the Dragon fans we are central to all the stunning locations in Snowdonia and on Anglesey.

Afon Cariad is a traditional detached stone cottage set in three acres of land on the riverbank and at the foot of a beautiful nature trail and nature reserve - Coed Cymerau.
