The holiday home features 4 bedrooms (all double), a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, and 3 bathrooms. PhotoVoltaic panels and an Inverter, which provides electricity to the house during Eskom power outages. The electrical system of this house can operate almost as normal during a power outage, except for oven which requires 3 phase supply.

A modern home with South African flair. We are situated in a great area in town, a two minute walk to the sea and the Hermanus Waterfront with a variety of restaurants & shops. Enjoy walks on the awesome cliff path on our doorstep and swim in the beautiful Marine Tidal pool. A sports centre, Hermanus Golf Club and the Hermanus market are all close by.
