Sometimes all you have to do is walk through a gate to feel like you're somewhere else. Nestled in the greenery of the Val Trebbia, this hidden corner in Fornace di Montechiaro surprises many guests with its authentic atmosphere among nature, birds and animals in the park. Bright and welcoming, it is perfect for relaxing and exploring Rivergaro, Travo, Bobbio and Grazzano Visconti. GARDEN WITH DECKCHAIRS, COVERED DINING AREA, BARBECUE, RELAXATION AREA WITH SMALL STONE POOL (5X3 METRES, 1 HEIGHT) AND LOTS OF NATURE 10 MINUTES BY DRIVE FROM THE SHOPS VERY RELAXING, IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE SONG OF BIRDS BETTER DON'T COME HERE! I LIVE HERE WITH MY FAMILY AND OUR HORSES. NO PARTY!

After driving a mountain road, you will find yourself immersed in nature. Please note: there are two points where the road narrows due to ongoing construction work in the final km. The house features three bedrooms, a living area with a comfortable sofa bed, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is located on the ground floor next to the game room, which is equipped with billiards, darts ecc. In the private garden, you will find a hot tub (available as an extra service upon reservation), a BBQ.

A home surrounded by greenery with a relaxing atmosphere within walking distance of Trebbia. My family and I will be happy to host you alone, with friends or with your whole family. Our Border Collie Leo is very good with people and children but does not like the presence of other animals, especially male dogs and cats. For this reason, we can only reluctantly accommodate female dogs. A 50-meter private road leading to the banks of the Trebbia is also available for guests.

It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
