Waterfront holiday rentals in Betina

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sveti Petar. The apartment was very clean and neat with a very comfortable bed and high-quality utilities. We came with our kayak and enjoyed the luxury of basically falling out the door and right into the sea to the most. The cherry on top was the amazing roof terrace and BBQ, which we enjoyed for dinners and communication and care for us was excellent, too with home-made olive oil and Rakija.

Ante was hosting he was helpful, responsive and the apartment was outstanding in terms of location cleanliness and facilities. We both paddle boarded, kayaked and snorkelled, all part of the stay. The beach, right in front of the property was stunning, calm, aquamarine and clear, saw many fishes and it’s safe to swim. Would highly recommend. You need a car and make sure you visit Trogir and Primošten and Rogoznica is great for dinner, a bit closer but parking is limited there. Another must is Krka National Park with its wonderful hikes and waterfalls. Would definitely return! Sharon & Tim

Wir waren mit Hund und Kleinkind 3 Wochen bei Boris in der Unterkunft und es war wirklich toll. Die Terrasse mit dem Ausblick sind das Highlight, aber auch das Bett ist bequem, die Wohnung wurde während unseres Aufenthalts sogar kostenlos gereinigt und es war alles wie angegeben an Ausstattung vorhanden. Man ist in wenigen Schritten am Meer oder im Naturschutzgebiet und hat viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Als es ein Problem gab hat Boris sofort reagiert. Wirklich toll, wir haben für das nächste Jahr direkt wieder gebucht und würden die Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen!

A fantastic stay in the heart of Sibenik. The flat is absolutely lovely and spotlessly clean. The location couldn't be better being right in the heart of the old town just a few steps away from the marina; the beach is only a short walk away also. Židana is a brilliant host and was kind, attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

lovely accommodation in a perfect location. View from balcony was amazing. 3k walk along seafront to Zadar old town or around 4 euros in taxi. Property overlooks a lovely Marina, there is a road in front of property but that did not bother us. 10 min walk to a supermarket which is very reasonable and a little further a lovely beach bar that owners recommended on map in apartment which served the most amazing food at a great price. Lovely welcome drinks and food for our arrival, great instructions on how to access property, overall we had a lovely 4 day break

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

Le logement est très bien placé, en bord de mer, tel que décrit dans l 'annonce. Les photos sont réelles. Le logement est grand, de grandes baies vitrées, toutes les pièces ont l'air conditionné, la literie est très bonne, tout comme les salles de bain. cuisine de professionnelle avec ses ustensiles. Rien a dire sur le logement a part parfait ! Sur la ville, Jezera, très belle, petite ville balnéaire ou tout est possible et tout est disponible, market, restaurants, bar etc..... Mais aussi proche de Tisno, que l'on peut rejoindre par un sentier du littoral le soir pour voir le coucher de soleil en 35 mn. Sur l'hôte, Maja est certainement la meilleure hôte depuis que je voyage. Très réactive et efficace si vous avez des questions ou problème, elle peut même vous rendre d' autres services, comme de la plongée sous marine, location de bateau, pêche etc. vous l' aurez compris, si vous voulez vous rendre dans cette région, ne vous posez pas de question, c'est ici qu'il faut venir !!

We spent 6 nights here and they where lovely. wonderful bathroom and shower. kitchen was perfect for what we wanted and bed was comfy with extra bedding and pillows as needed. It feels very safe right next to the hosts home. There's access to a beautiful garden and walk able to a lovely beach. Danijela is a wonderful host, very attentive.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche bei Antonija verbracht. Sie ist eine supernette, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die jederzeit erreichbar war und uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Wasser. Sukosan ist ein charmantes Dorf mit schöner Promenade und tollen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants, die Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage des Ortes ist perfekt für Ausflüge zu den Nationalparks, Zadar, Sibenik und Nin. Check-in/-out und Kommunikation waren reibungslos. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft und den schönen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße an Antonija und Familie.

Marijana ist eine herzliche und sympathische Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Lage einfach traumhaft! Vom schönen Balkon direkte Meersicht, zu Fuss ist das Meer in 3 Minuten erreicht. Sehr ruhige Lage!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist klasse! Direkt am Meer. Das Haus ist für die Größe optimal und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist super. Für Strandliebhaber perfekt. Tiziano war immer erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung.

Absolute Empfehlung! Der Garten und der direkte Zugang zum Meer sind ein Traum, läd ein zum Baden und Spazieren gehen (oder wer mag Joggen) am Wasser. Alles war sehr sauber und die Bettwäsche und Sofakissen haben besonders frisch gerochen. Dubravka ist herzlich und unkompliziert. Mit der Personenfähre kann man Zadar und andere Inseln besichtigen. Mit der Autofähre kann man Nationalparks auf dem Festland besuchen, aber auch die Insel gibt einem genug Optionen zum Entspannen, Essen gehen und Wandern. Man braucht nur auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

Ada’s place is excellent. The apartment is comfortable, stylish and furnished with everything you need. The balcony has a five star view and you can enjoy the private beach whenever you want to. We spent a week in Tkon in good/ bad wheather but we found joy and pleasant outgoing time for every day. The island has plenty of beautiful beaches but offers even more: rental place for bikes and SUPs are just around the corner, we borrowed from both and spent wonderful time with them on cloudy days. Cultural sightseeing points (Kalvaria and Monastery) are also in walking distance which can be easily reached on the hiking roads, even with a young child. Ada is most helpful and gives full assistance to her guests, in emergency situation as well (tested…) 5 star recommendation without any doubts!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön. Katharina war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Meer liegt zu Fuß 2 Minuten entfernt und befindet sich direkt neben einem tollen Restaurant. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt – nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt, aber ruhig genug, um erholsame Nächte zu genießen. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders praktisch: Klimaanlage, schnelles WLAN. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und der Gastgeber war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ideal für einen Städtetrip nach Zadar – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Ich reise sehr glücklich wieder zurück - mein kleiner Urlaub in Zaglav bei Petra war perfekt. Petra ist eine super liebe Person, die mir vorher schon hilfreiche Tipps zur Fähre gegeben hat. Das Appartement ist super ruhig direkt am Hafen gelegen - ich könnte unfassbar schöne Sonnenaufgänge von dem großen Balkon aus sehen😍 Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt, liebe Petra☀️

Eine sehr schöne kleine Einzimmerwohnung im Herzen von Šibenik. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein! Die Stadt lohnt sich sehr und von dort aus kann man super den Krka Nationalpark besuchen. Es gibt keinen direkten Parkplatz an der Wohnung, aber Katharina bietet einen Parkplatz in ca. 10 min Entfernung an, den wir gern genutzt haben. Sehr zu empfehlen!

To miejsce jest dokładnie tym czego szukasz jadąc do Chorwacji. Blisko plaża, piekarnia, restauracja, jednocześnie brak miejskiego zgiełku. Pani gospodarz jest bardzo miła, pomocna i łatwo się z nią porozumieć. Apartamenty na wysokim poziomie, sprawiają jeszcze lepsze wrażenie na żywo niż na zdjęciach. Myślę, że wrócę w najbliższych latach!

Cette maison en hauteur, un peu a l'écart de Skradin est un bonheur. Certes, il faut se faire a la montée en voiture un peu raid, mais pour le reste, c'est un bonheur! L'appartement au dernier étage est magnifique, tout est bien penser avec du mobilier de qualité. La climatisation dans le salon et les chambres fait beaucoup de bien avec la forte chaleur de l'été. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Es wurde uns alles genau erklärt und es war sehr gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage). WLAN war in Ordnung, zwischenzeitlich vlt etwas schwach und für Menschen die auf weicheren Matratzen schlafen, mag das Bett evtl etwas hart sein. Super schöne Wohnung und der Ausblick und der Zugang zum Wasser sind ein Highlight :)

Ho soggiornato nell'alloggio di Iain And Joyce una decina di giorni in agosto. Direi tutto perfetto, la location è bellissima direttamente sul mare nella proprietà privata del residence quindi senza macchine o traffico ti godi in pieno la natura. L'appartamento arredato in maniera essenziale ed è un valore aggiunto per una casa vacanza, luminoso e spazioso. Noi eravamo in tre e le dimensioni erano perfette. La terrazza è magnifica per cenare e vedere gli splendidi tramonti. Si trova all'interno di un residence dove si può usufruire di tutti i servizi dai vari ristoranti al market. Il contatto con i padroni di casa nonostante non siano presenti in loco è sempre stato immediato. L'unico difetto è che è talmente rilassante che passa la voglia di muoversi dalla location. Super consigliato !

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
