On the first floor there is a sweet room with a bathroom (bathtub and sink), and it spreads over an area of 200 m2 of a completely enclosed garden and numerous facilities for children. There is a beautiful outdoor jacuzzi for your enjoyment. The villa is for two people, but if needed, there is also a sofa bed for two on the ground floor.

🏖 Our newly build villa ☆☆☆☆ with a heated pool is a perfect summer stay for anyone visiting the Zadar region. It is only 11km from Zadar city center and it offers comfort in a peaceful setting. The villa has two spacious double bed en-suite bedrooms, one small room, a cozy lounge, a modern kitchen, and a relaxing pool area with outside BBQ. Dog friendly. Communication with guests will be via Airbnb or mobile phone and I am only 10min drive away from the villa for any emergencies.
