We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet.

Enjoy easy access to the city centre, hospital, supermarket, buses and beaches. This Entire quest suite features a private entrance with no shared spaces and off street parking. The space is downstairs from the main house where the 2 owners live. There is an ensuite and a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, hot water kettle, toaster and dining table. There is tea and coffee facilities. There are two separate rooms both with queen beds. One room has the toilet and kitchenette in it.

A deliberately different, John Henderson designed, slightly quirky B & B in Bethlehem, Tauranga - situated next door too, and run by the owners of Somerset Cottage, a long established restaurant and cookschool. You are always welcome to join us at the restaurant on one of the nights we're open - Wednesday to Saturday ( bookings tend to be necessary), or we can bring a restaurant meal over to you in the Studio if you'd prefer to dine in private.
