Rodney was super helpful and accommodating and helpful both before our stay and during. The room was neat, clean, and spacious. Perfect for 2 people. It had everything we needed ready to go (including complementary ear plugs for the train!). We love Augusta and can’t wait to come back again soon! Thank you again Rodney for the great stay!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Magical Escape for Our Girl Scout Troop! We stayed at Bantam Barn with a group of Girl Scouts and had an unforgettable experience! The property is one-of-a-kind — rustic, cozy, and full of charm, with thoughtful touches that made our stay both fun and comfortable. The girls had the time of their lives exploring the little pond with canoes, paddle boats, and paddle boards. The zip line that drops right into the water was a huge hit and made for nonstop giggles and splashes! When it rained, we had plenty of covered space for crafts, and the hot tub became the go-to spot between adventures. The barn was clean, well-stocked, and truly felt like a whimsical getaway. We ended the night with rainbow s’mores and woke up refreshed before heading off to the Newport Aquarium the next morning. Thank you for providing such a perfect spot for kids (and adults!) to disconnect from screens and reconnect with nature, laughter, and each other. We’ll definitely be back!

Such a nice apartment - so clean, quiet, and has everything you need. We stayed one night to go to a concert at Riverbend Music Center and it was great. Just a 15 minute drive down the road to the venue. The little town of New Richmond is so sweet and we loved walking and eating lunch and breakfast right along the river. Edward was very thorough with his instructions and recommendations. We will definitely stay here again for any future trips to the area!

This place is owned by a lovely older couple (with the energy of someone in their 30s!). Very friendly and welcoming. The whole property is very peaceful and there are lots of things to do. I stayed in the Cedar cabin which is roughly 14 x 20 inside (with a covered porch outside). Everything you will need is there, and if not, Ms Jan and Mr Jim were more than willing to accommodate. Great experience.
